The arms, legs, and portions of the torso and spine are made up of artificial synthetic tissue, allowing malleability and flexibility not dissimilar to organic muscle movement. The rest of Sektor's frame is covered in lightweight, yet sturdy white plate metal. Sektor's 'head' is equipped with a communication module, allowing communication between multiple signals, targeting system, and night vision/thermal vision/x-ray vision overlay. Sektor's frame is also capable of an active camouflage, becoming effectively invisible.

Personal Details: Personality: Sektor does not express individual personality, instead viewing itself as a AI Guardian unit. However, it will show loyalty to any organics it has deemed worthy and will sacrifice itself for them if need be. Sektor focuses on logic and calculations above compassion or empathy and will calculate situation choices based on probability and statistics before making a decision. Sektor's most interesting feature is its emulation feature, a residual program that studies and copies the behaviors of organics around it. Allowing it to eventually 'grow' a personality, however the 'type' or 'strength' of the individual personality has not been observed.

History: Little is known of Sektor's existence. Rumor of development of an advanced AI beyond the normal realm has been around for quite some time, but only a select few from Districts 0-3 were given any information on the subject. The intentions of Zone Alpha were to build the ultimate synthetic platform capable of breaching the previous limitations established for machines - one that would eventually think for itself.

Name: Unit identification: HA-VK. Designation: HAVOK

His tosro is sturdy, notably in the ribcage area, allowing him to absorb mass amounts of recoil from high-powered weapons. His platform is tall, standing at about 6'5" and is equipped with a multitude of both combat and protocol functions. Equipped with integrated weapon mounts built directly into his platform include a flamethrower and electric shock blaster. Havok is also equipped with an advanced vocabulator, allowing him to speak in a multitude of languages, aiding in communication. His voice is very casual in tone, with a mechanical edge to it when speaking. It switches occasionally in pitch or mood depending on the situation.

Personal Details: Personality: Unlike the prototype SEKTOR platform; Havok has a sense of identity, believing its platform to be a 'male'. Havok's time without a memory wipe, as well as tampering by black market technicians has caused him to indubitably develop a personality and quirks of his own, though he is still fully aware he is a droid. Havok comes across as brash and cold, feeling no remorse or empathy when it comes to violence or killing. Havok believes himself superior to anyone and anything, excluding his master, to whom he will display undying loyalty and comradeship. Havok is in contempt of mercy or compassion, viewing them as frivolous organic emotions and tactical weaknesses to be exploited. He is a connoisseur of violence and military tactics, programmed to fight almost any and every known combatant with amazing efficiency. He is capable of utilizing any weapon ranging from simple pistols, to advanced shoulder-mounted pulse cannons; though he prefers the use of an assault rifle, modified to his specifications.

History: Havok was built for the sole purpose of violence and murder, a scrap of the darker side of the Districts that they try to hide; Havok's main mission was to assassinate possible political enemies, and serve as a powerful ally unit in combat. However, after a failed attack on a rising gang, Havok was deactivated and presumed lost. Passing from owner to owner, Havok received his own modifications and upgrades, eventually gaining a personality after both years of reprogramming and lack of a memory wipe. Now finding a new master in District 13, Havok follows her around as a friend, a confidant, and a partner in crime.

Additional: Havok's weapons consist of a wrist mounted flamethrower and electric gun, multiple pulse grenades, and a highly-modified assault rifle equipped with a long-range scope, extended thermal clip, modified grip, and extended barrel.

Personal Details:
James and Mason have lived what many would call a very privileged life. They are the sons of a prominent Politian in Ancora, and have lived in District Zero all their life. They were waited on hand and foot by servants, and got the best education possible in Ancorda. They attended the best parties, and were dressed in the best clothes. Everywhere they went, the two boys never separated.
As both of them grew older and moved into high school, they still stayed together, but not as much. James continued to hang with the upscale crowd, whereas Mason started to hang with the “bad” crowd (the drinkers, smokers, etc.). They easily became the popular ones in both their small groups, mostly because they both threw the best parties, and had the best alcohols and drugs available.
When they graduated high school, both of them had grown tired of living in the same, sheltered environment of the Zero District, and wanted to move out. After talking it over with their parents, who were very reluctant to let them go, the boys were able to move to District One, the safest district, aside from District Zero
James tends to be the more responsible one of the two brothers. He is studious, hard-working, polite, respectful, a bit of a neat freak; all the “good kid” personality traits, really. Mason is more of the “bad boy.” He stays out later than James, drinks more than James; he smokes, and does drugs. Both are party people, although Mason likes to party more. They both share a pretty large flat, and there is a clear distinction on where each of them spends most of their time.

Kallian, (or Kallie as everyone and their mother seems to call her) grew up in the second district with a very comfortable life. Her parents were ridiculously rich, and they were the kind that liked to show it off. In fact, they spent so much spending time away from home to spend their money that Kallian hardly ever saw them growing up and relied on her older brother (who is always gone since he just opened up his own night club), bodyguard and maid to help raise her. As a child it was hard for Kallian to get used to the fact that her parents didn't want to spend time with her, but as she grew older, the more she liked it since it gave her the freedom to do whatever she wanted.

What started out to be a straight-A student in school gradually declined and by the time she hit high school, she was barely scraping by to pass her classes. She wasn't stupid, she just stopped caring. Why should she apply herself in school anyway? She had all the money she could ever want, she would never have to work, so why did she need an education? The only reason she continued going to school was to hang out with her friends, but even then from time to time she and her small group would skip school to go hang out with the college boys.

Kallian could be what you would call the 'social belle' of any situation. She was the girl that every jock in the school wanted to take to prom. Unfortunately, she was also the girl that all the other girls sucked up to in order to mooch off of her money. But the harsh reality was that the guys only liked her because she was hot, and the girls only liked her because she had money. No one in high school even wanted to get to know her, and she pretended not to care.

In reality, when Kallian isn't at school or out shopping with her fake friends, she is usually in her room in the big empty house just watching the minutes tick by. Her life on the inside is nothing but a hollow shell of loneliness, and it was about time she started to do something about it.

Kallian took up smoking not too long ago in order to impress one of the college boys that she and her group of friends would skip school to go hang out with. She doesn't smoke often, really only when she is around the college boys or when she's incredibly bored at home. Also, despite what she might say or how she may act, she is still a virgin (in the literal sense, she has however fooled around with a handful of older boys).

History: Fending for himself has been the norm since he was little. No parents to call his, unknown to what actually happened to them he lived off the scraps that were given to him from soup kitchens and whatever he could steal. Learning to make the slums, alleyways and rooftops his home. He learned the ins and outs of D17 and as he got older it soon became his playground. Him and a few of his friends got together and made a small crew called Fleur de Lis as they tagged various places with their logo and created all around mischief. The gang soon grew larger and rivaled other gangs from nearby districts in Beta. Specalizing in Second floor break-ins, ransacking houses without even touching the ground.

Other: Rook was born with a rare genetic disorder in which he does not feel pain. He is respected in Fleur de lis but others tend to steer clear of him. He's often considered too outgoing and said to be so reckless as if he was trying to get caught.

His Masque

Every member of Fleur de lis has a mask like this. They often go out and create mischief under the cover of these masks. Each one has a tiny number under the left eye, his is number 07

Sidearm

Rook always carries this 9mm pistol with him always. Its one of the last remaining black market pistols that do not contain RFID tags. Its untraceable by scanners.

Personal Details: Emmett was born a 'privileged' child of Alpha Zone, growing up in a life of comfort and wealth from a very early age onward. Blind from birth, Emmett's childhood was a very difficult part of his life, as he was separate from his peers at school; stuck to his own devices. It was because of this that he became introverted, shy, and slightly cold.

Most of his life was spent practically raising and taking care of his sister, Kallie while their parents were gone; the duo becoming very close as a result.

As soon as he was old enough, he was immediately slated for a pair of cybernetic eyes to replace his dead ones. The surgery was a success...mostly - the permanent side effects being distorted, warbled images, severe, debilitating headaches, and chronic tinnitus. These effects were enough to cause him to form an addiction to painkillers; becoming dependent on the pills to help curb his headaches.

Emmett finished school, however, becoming one of the caretakers in the massive Alpha Zone library. Just recently, he was approached by the District Zero Administration for his help in building the new SEKTOR prototype AI platform, which he accepted; masking the project as opening up a nightclub.

Vander

Basic Information

Name: Vander Pzypialkowski

Occupation: Ex-Student. Part-time dealer, full-time addict.

Physical Description:
Vander is a walking skeleton. She stands at 5’11”, but weighs in at a meagre 119bs. What little body mass she has left is comprised of quickly-decaying muscle. Her body, or rather the drug she continuously puts inside it, has long since burned away any and all of the extra fat she used to have. The bones of her ribs, hips, spine, and knees are all prominent below her skin. She bruises quickly and easily, a result of her deteriorating blood vessels, and the wounds take longer than usual to fade and heal.

Her face, though still youthful, bears the weight of years she has not yet seen. Her eyes are tired, her cheeks hollow. Nevertheless, there still remains a hint of what could have been beauty. She has a slim jaw, and a small and slender nose. Her eyes are a dark shade of brown, almost black. Her pupils are often dilated, and her eyes are always lined with a thin border of black make-up.

Vander wears her hair in an edgy style, as is common amongst anarcho-punk gangsters. The left half is shaved short, the remainder hanging in wavy tendrils on her right. She has several piercings. A small black stud decorates her eyebrow, and a silver bar passes vertically through her lower lip. Each ear is gauged, and several small black hoops adorn the left one.

Clothing:
Vander’s fashion sense apparently lacks any sort of colour. She dresses typically in shades of black and white. Black jeans, a few sizes too large, often held up with a spiked belt.

She has a fondness for raglan tees, and owns several. All white or red in the body, and black in the sleeves. The only noteworthy difference between them is the changing designs on the front. Most display logos of bands that she grew up listening to.

Vander is rarely seen going out without her black leather jacket. It is old and worn, but special. The jacket serves the dual purpose of sentimentality and functionality. It was always a size or two too large, having belonged to her father. It now manages to hide her severely malnourished figure, at least to some degree.

Biography

Vander was born in the slums, District 16, and has lived there all her life. She was the only daughter of Dominic Pzypialkowski, a small-time drug dealer and occasional hit man. For the past decade, Dom had been supplying the streets with daily doses of all manner of narcotics. Fatherhood changed him. The day Vander was born was the day that he found a proper job – a mail courier in District 9. He cut as many connections as he could with his old friends. For his clients, he found new dealers, doing everything possible to ensure the future safety of himself and his newborn daughter.

She was raised by her father only, her mother leaving him only days after her birth. The relationship had turned sour while Vander was still in the womb. The two had only been waiting for her to arrive to officially end it. Nevertheless, Dom was a competent man, and gave her everything he could.

The girl was homeschooled, her father taking charge of as much of her education as he could. With his new connections in Zone A, he also found her tutors on occasion. She excelled at the sciences. Biology and chemistry in particular. She was brilliant at math, and consumed knowledge ravenously. Vander Pzypialkowski was a graduate student, or the equivalent of, by age sixteen. But living in the slums took its toll on her. Even a girl as brilliant as Vander couldn’t ignore the shadiness around her. Drug deals. Murders. Subtle and silent blackmail going down on street corners. It was a world she lived in, yet was separate from. And over time, the desire to become a part of this world grew more and more overpowering.

She began synthesizing drugs when she was seventeen.

Vander started simple. Well-known street drugs, the type a teenager could easily cook from their kitchen. She kept it a secret from her father, passing her makeshift laboratory off as another chemistry project. It took only months for her to become immersed in the city’s nightlife, and only months more to lose everything she had.

She found a business partner, a young man with an already-established clientele by the name of Grey. It was Grey who introduced her to Lucid, and proceeded to leave her alone to her addiction. Her first hit, and she was hooked. Taken before bed, the drug produced vivid dreams. Sights, scents, sounds, all more vivid than even true life. Taken during waking hours, it heightened the senses, sometimes even bringing on pleasing hallucinations. She didn’t know the long term effects when she started, but learned them quickly over the next two years.

She ran away weeks before her eighteenth birthday, no longer able to keep her habit a secret from her father. She cut off all contact with him, ashamed of what she had done to herself, after all he had done to raise her right. No matter how much she loved her father, she loved Lucid more. She needed her drug.

She is now nineteen years old, and her body is wasting away. Her internal organs are slowly shutting down. Stomach cramps plague her daily. She loses sensation in her hands for hours at a time, or gets pins and needles for even longer. Her eyes are bloodshot, her head is a migraine. But even now, she still takes hits of Lucid.

Personality:

Despite her edgy appearance and drug-addict tendencies, Vander is one of the most easygoing people you will ever meet. She is polite and patient, and often used to take on the role of a conflict mediator during drug deals. She cares deeply for other people, especially those she becomes close to. Even strangers, she always sympathizes easily with. Vander is always available as an ear to talk to for drunken men at the local bars. They let the liquor talk out their sorrows, and she listens willingly.

Despite her usual behavioural tendencies, she is still a desperate addict. Desperation takes over at times, and she turns cold and hostile in an instant. During long withdrawals from Lucid, she becomes highly emotional. The smallest things can push her to hysterics, and panic attacks are often inevitable.

Physical Description:

Vagrant is fire and ice. She is a hurricane, bundled into the body of a 5’2’ girl. Though her stature is tiny, she walks with the confidence of a giant, and looks down on those who stand head and shoulders above her. She is sturdily built, with muscle visible through her arms and shoulders, and a solid core.

She wears her hair short, strands of dark red often falling into her face. Vagrant’s expression is often one of easy confidence, often bordering on arrogance. She has pale blue eyes, capable of turning icy when her temper is evoked. Though she is pretty, Vagrant is neither aware of this fact, nor does she care.

Clothing and Equipment:
Vagrant’s usual attire consists of simple clothing. She dresses in white tank tops and dark pants, often stained with dirt and grime, but never blood. She keeps her clothes free of blood at all times. Her feet are protected by a pair of steel-toed boots, a size too large and stolen from a street fighter several years ago.

She lives out of her backpack, an old leather object that never leaves her shoulder. It contains her most prized possessions. Her changes of clothes; a crumpled photograph of her and Austin, taken when they were 4 and 11 years old; a set of spiked brass knuckles, previously owned by her brother; strips of cloth for wrapping her knuckles; and whatever money she happens to be in possession of, usually very little.

Biography

Personal Details:
Ariette Forge was born in District 15. Her family consisted of parents Scott and Jeanine Forge, as well as her brother Austin, seven years older than her.

From the time Ari was born until she turned four, the responsibility of looking after her fell largely to Austin. Their father, Scott, was a heavy drinker, and was constantly trying to find work. When he was at home, he was either drunk or hungover, and abusive to his wife and children. Jeanine, their mother, often committed acts of infidelity, cheating on her husband with other men. Austin saw his family disintegrating, and swore to save his sister from a life of domestic violence. When she was four, and he was eleven, the two of them ran away.

They stuck to the lower districts for the following years, losing themselves in the immense city. Austin quickly learned how to be streetwise. He mastered petty thievery, lying, arguing, and fighting. As Ari grew older, her brother became her hero. He was everything to her, best friend, brother, and father. He taught her how to survive, how to steal, and above all, how to fight. By the time she was ten years old, petite little Ariette could hold her own in a fight against an adult. Even her brother, a giant of a man by the time he was seventeen, would lose a fight against her on rare occasion.

She began to go by the nickname of Vagrant. It was the name people spat at her when she begged for change at street corners. It was the name that shopkeepers hissed when they realized that she had left with some of their wares. And it was the name that Austin laughingly called her whenever she completed some impressive task.

Despite the skill that the Forge children had, Zone Beta was still a massive slum, heavily populated with all sorts of shady folk. People died. Deals went wrong. No one was really safe. Not ever.

Vagrant was sixteen years old when her brother died.

Austin was a giant, nearly 6'6" in height, and weighing in at 250lbs. His build was solid muscle, and his icy gaze could strike fear into the hearts of those who tried to cross him. But even the strongest man has little chance when the fight is three on one. It was the simple result of a deal gone wrong. Weapons they had stolen for money to be spent on food. The deal turned sour, and a fight broke out.

Two of the men held Ariette roughly; she was forced to stand by and watch. The other three took on Austin. His life ended with a knife in his throat. Everyone ran before his heart had even stopped bleeding. Ariette’s brother died in her arms, bleeding out with her unable to do anything.

Months later, she has vowed to hunt down the men who killed her brother, and end their lives the same way they ended his.

Personality
Vagrant is a confident person, to the point of arrogance. She tends to overestimate herself, and will take on tasks above what her skills allow her to do. However, she is fiercely determined and always performs to her fullest. Backing down from a fight, to Vagrant, is the highest level of cowardice.

Though she is instinctively sceptical and distrusting, Vagrant is loyal to the death when she becomes close to someone. The only one this has ever happened with before was her brother.

Vagrant is clever, though not intelligent. She likes to pick a fight against larger opponents, if only to prove that she can take them on. Her fiery temper is easily sparked, and she can hold a grudge.

Surprising, for one so prone to violence, Vagrant suffers from terrible hemophobia. The sight of blood brings back powerful flashbacks of the night her brother died. A nosebleed is often enough to make her useless in a fight.
