Known history and secrets: Rin has lived most of his life under the scrutiny of others. The Kisaragi clan has always been shunned by the villagers of Yukigakure due to the suspicious nature of the clan's hidden jutsu. The clan has always isolated itself from the outside world and from a young age Rin was taught that this was how he should live his life. It was for the benefit of the clan that he lived in the shadows, protecting the secret jutsu of the Kisaragi clan as many others had done generations before him.

Despite this, it was never in Jin's nature to act introverted and a life closed off from people was never what he wanted. Despite the fear surrounding his clan, Jin was an eager student at the academy who made friends with almost everyone he talked to. Many of his fellow student's parents often warned their children against associating with someone from Jin's clan, but his warm and kind personality drew all kinds of wonderful friends to him.

The fact that he was a superb student only added to his popularity. His clan elders had trained him since he was young, and even though he disagreed with their philosophy he respected their wisdom and learnt many things from them. He was a very clever child, with chakra control beyond what most genin could achieve; let alone an academy student. When he graduated the academy at the age of 12 with flying colours, he was eager to begin his life as a shinobi while continuing to train under the guidence of his Jounin Sensei as well as his clan elders.

Kisaragi Ichizoku

Clan Origins: The Kisaragi clan originated from the Land of Demons, a mysterious place that not many shinobi ventured to. The clan belonged to no village and was controlled by no Daimyo, but mostly because associating with the Kisaragi was a taboo upon itself. In it's earlier years, the clan used their supreme knowledge of Majutsu (Witchcraft) combined with human sacrifice to grant it's members immense power without having to dedicate years and years of training to achieve it. While this fact was never known officially to the rest of the Shinobi world until years later after that barbaric practice had been forbidden by the clan elders, many of the people of that era would come to know the Kisaragi clan as a group of mysterious nomads. They visited many different countries and towns, keeping to themselves and only venturing from their campsites to purchase supplies. The only thing that people knew about them was that wherever they went, people disappeared.

After they overstayed their welcome in the land of fire, the Daimyo and Hokage confronted the clan elders and exposed the dark rituals that it's members had taken part in. As punishment the elders were sentenced to death and the Hokage sealed away the forbidden jutsu the clan had been using for decades to obtain it's power. They were banished from the land of fire, migrating to the land of snow. The secrets to their jutsu sealed away, the new leaders of the clan sought to reconcile the mistakes of their past by using their knowledge of Majutsu to create new rituals that would benefit the entire Shinobi world, and not just themselves. However with the dark history of the Kisaragi clan known to most, their practice is still heavily shunned and feared.

Kekkei Genkai: Members of the Kisaragi clan are born with naturally adept chakra control. While anyone can learn their hidden jutsu, it goes without saying that a tremendous amount of chakra control is needed to perform them well.

Hidden Jutsu: The Kisaragi clan use Majutsu, an ancient practice often referred to as witchcraft or devil's sorcery. Majutsu, unlike other jutsu, is difficult to classify. Technically speaking, Majutsu can do anything. It can turn a persons wildest dreams into reality, bring down an entire army and heal the most deadliest the ailments. Majutsu revolves around rituals and unlike other jutsu requires more than just chakra and hand signs. To practice Majutsu rituals, many different things may be needed such as herbs and spices, animal or human blood, hair, sand from a specific desert. Each ritual has different requirements, some easier to find than others. Majutsu rituals can't be used on the go as they are quite lengthy and require the user to let their guard down to cast them. A common item carried by members of the clan are Hex bags; small pouches filled with various items that have had the power of a Majutsu ritual channelled into them to grant it's wearer the effects of the ritual.

Majutsu has been capable of some quite horrific feats in the past, with it's most powerful jutsu requiring human sacrifice to fulfill. However the secrets to these forbidden jutsu were forever sealed away and hidden within the leaf village; never to be practiced again. Now Majutsu users take on the role of a support for their allies, providing them with Hex Bags with powerful enchantments to bolster their performance and protect them from attacks. The clan has a large store room filled with many different ingredients for specific rituals that it's users can freely use.

Dreams and aspirations: He's never really thought about it. He just likes being who he is.
General strengths: Excellent chakra control, light on his feet and very proficient in ninja tools.
General weaknesses: He lacks in offense or defense but makes up for it with his Majutsu utility. Outside of his ninja tools he has very little attack power.

cast jutsu; allowing them to cast higher level jutsu with more ease than normal. If the jutsu was intended for enemies, Chakra Magic doubles the amount of chakra needed for any jutsu they cast; causing lower level jutsu to be more straining on them than normal.

Really good hidden, but what justifies him being in a team rather than staying in the village giving out buffs? Like you said he's supportive but not in a traditional sense, he literally doesn't do anything other than majutsu. If I were your opponent, I'd focus on getting you first - kill you, get rid of the annoying buffs (which are REALLY REALLY well thought out I think and pretty original) and kill the team who is now 1 man down.

If you wanna play him like this, relying on the team, that's absolutely 100% fine but I'm just warning you that he doesn't seem to have any proper defense or offense other than ninja tools.

I agree that he does need something else that he can offer to a team. At the moment his only use is to just carry around Hex Bags for people and not do anything else. I thought giving him some offensive capabilities would make him too strong for a genin but I think I should consider adding something. I'll give it some thought.

I'd give him some slightly-above-average support ninjutsu that serve more as a setup for others than an actual attack.
Or just some OK-ish ninjutsu or a weapon.

I'm going to put this on hold. Not that I'm uninterested, but every time I work on my sheet I catch myself watching another episode. Between that and a possible upcoming reboot, I feel putting a sheet together may not be worth it, but if you decide not to reboot, I WILL be on it like Naruto on Sakura, or Hinata on Naruto, or any girl in the show on Sasuke.

Normally Ria would not wear full clothing; because she believe that clothes are restricting she wears a rubberized bikini designed for battle, it does not posses any power. When she is wearing clothes, she wears a long white shirt with dark blue markings visible at chest and upper arm portions and wear a brown short, long black ninja socks which is tigh length and black sandals. The way she wear her forehead protector varies, she wears it at her kneck when she's wearing full clothing and at her waist when in her bikini formation. She doesn't have an Uchiha Clan symbol because it is a tattoo located at her back. She has a pink hairpin shaped as a butterfly.

Born from the land of fire, it wasn't pleasant abiding to the strict code and etiquette of the standards and expectations as an Uchiha. Ria, like every other Uchiha are given high expectations to honor the clan and predecessors, the tradition among the clan felt like an eternal abyss of Spartan soldiers, she dislike that aspect of sacrificing fun and work like hell all the time. Young Uchihas would already express their love/accomplishments through awakening the sharingan and getting good grades from the ninja academy and missions, she had some of that but she wants to do something more revolutionary, she wanted to decide her own future and not be tied to her clan's tradition like a hierarchy of ants following just for the sake of order. She ran away from her home at the age of 12 right after her graduation, never before she felt good and of course she couldn't have done it without her mother's help through some connections of a guardian.

In the past, the young Kunoichi was despicably tortured and abused by her Father and older siblings, all because she would speak out of turn or not follow instructions and rules. Torture in her case is expressed as teaching her a lesson, electrocution,being whipped, slapped and smacked are the lessons incorporated to her, it was also her Father's wish, love and high expectations as well as anger that she never learns. This was one of the reasons why she is rebellious and restless.She ran away from her home at the age of 12 right after her graduation, never before she felt good and of course she couldn't have done it without her mother's help through some connections of a guardian.

Now, a fresh start in Yukigakure, the young Kunoichi looks forward a bright future and decide her own future.

General strengths:
Electrical resistance; her torture paid off.
Marksmanship, she is uses her archery skills.
Business negotiator. What she do for a living is have a part time job at Yukigakure's hot springs, she gives massages and beautifications. Through this she negotiates on how much her pay is and what not.
She is also good at cooking. Bentos are her specialty.
The Ninja heart as contrast to the ninja mindset; it is not measure on getting things done but then lessons and morales learned from the experience.
Capable of using genjutsu; at least dispel it.

General weaknesses:
Jerk has a point. Not that she is selfish but she is bluntly honest and incapable of encouragement when it comes to astounding goals and whatever goals.
Lack of modesty; tomboyish or not, Ria doesn't act like an elegant lady. Her habit of resorting to her bikini explains it.
Chakra control lackluster; while she has decent stamina, the way she depletes her chakra is mostly used on chakra dashes etc. this makes her run out of chakra fast.
Is Starked. Subverted, Leeroy Jenkins style or not, she charges ahead recklessly with or without a plan, she forces it which puts her comrades in danger as well as herself.

Known history and secrets: In the Land of Fire, Katsu was born into the main household of the Hyuga clan. He was pampered at the earliest stages of life, but then he was kidnapped by a rogue ninja who had intended to add Katsu's chakra to his own, nothing actually personal. At the cost of his own life, a member of one of the branch households rescued Katsu, slaying his abductor, though Katsu never returned to the Land of Fire. He was adopted by the local shinobi and taken to the Village Hidden in The Snow. Not feeling that he should bother putting in the effort to become a top student, he passed the academy at age 12 with his contemporaries. He has long been told he has fantastic potential, but chose to slide by because he lacked the belief that he was worthy of anything great. But after a revelation, he decided that for once in his life he would actually put forth the effort to do something great. He is aware of his Hyuga lineage due to his Byakugan, but he has never left the snow village.
