"Of course we can ask her together." Ayaka continued with filling out the form they were asked to fill out. She'd planned to maybe type the question to Lady Violetta, but Mystique needed the answer too, so she decided not to. "You think we can just get up and walk over to her?" she asked remembering how things went with both life and Shermie earlier and the fact that they never really got a set of rules they were expected to follow.

Mystique thought for a minute then spoke.

"We aren't exactly interrupting a lecture or anyone so should be all right.... I think. Let's try it."
Mystique got up and gathered her courage. She looked at Ayaka and smiled.
"Let's give it a try."

"Sure" Ayaka smiled back at her and got up herself. She started walking over to where the headmistress knowing Mystique would most likely be following. She hoped this wasn't the wrong thing to be doing right now.

Jak awoke with his face in the pizza which was odd and he was quite embarrassed but as he awoke he guessed that they were actually applying for the actual independent study or normal courses.

"Lady Violleta I actually really want to take Arcaic Languages so I have made my decision and I will make sure that I will study a lot and work my hardest,"

Jak said as he wiped the pizza sauce off of his face then continued.

"And could I study the language of Divine and Infernal beings if I take this course Lady Violetta?"

He asked with a small smile on his face because he thought if he could it would be really neat to confuse people in class even though he already knew the Demonic tongue he wanted to study the Infernal tongue as well.

Irena didn't take too long to answer this as she had most of it in her mind

3) Maybe something related with shapeshifting yes?

4) Probably going to left out to explore the world, maybe... maybe, become a leader of a small group.

@Magnato -When you do your laguage, be sure to work with the Autobot and give it a name. It will spell your own language. Shapeshifting is a class that you will be taking in the future. Keep thinking on your career. Take what you can.-

She then turned to Ayaka and Mystique.
"How may I help you?"


Thomas walked over to Jak when he called over to Lady Violetta.
"Jak, it is better if you want to talk over something with another person, go to that person. Otherwise it would be considered rude.
Divine and Infernal are Archaic Languages but you must think about what would happen if someone found your personal books. But theoretically you could choose one of them. You would have to talk to the Autobot assigned to you about the language."

"um Lady Violetta? Can we ask a question?" Ayaka asked the headmistress when they got to her. "I'm confused about the question asking what independent courses we'd like to take in the future, but I have no clue what to put there. And I think we're both wanting to know how many classes we'll be taking on top of the independent courses we choose."

"Yes?" Lady Violetta smiled.
"There are 7 levels and I hope to be able to offer at least 5 independent study classes each level. I have a few for next level but I wanted some input from all of you. These classes will enhance your skills in one way or another as well as earning the extra credits for your career.
After I finish making the list of possible careers, I will have a list of suggested classes for each one. I will keep it updated as I add classes."

The answer somewhat helped her. At the very least, Ayaka should be able to finish filling out that form now. "You said that all of them would be helpful for a career in exploration?" She just wanted to double check she heard Lady Violetta correnctly earlier. Ayaka wondered if Mystique still had another question and looked over at her in case she did.

"Okay thanks", she smiled at Lady Violetta. She was excited to be able to do all of them, she thought she would have to pick and choose.

Lady Violetta made one announcement before everyone left for their rooms. An Academy Alarm will sound in the morning at dawn. Everyone was expected to get dressed in class clothes and report to breakfast immediately. If they failed, not only will they forfeit a trip to the Village but also she would would be picking out their clothes and room decor.

THE NEXT MORNING

After everyone gathered at the breakfast table, Lady Violetta gave her speech about The Village.

“This is our last lecture before heading into the village. Be sure to listen carefully for I don’t want to repeat it. I know that none of you are thinking about your future career. But I want each of you to begin to think of what you think that you might like to do as an adult. In three short years, I will have a few specialized positions to give out. One will be Archives Specialist. I also will be sending out an Exploration Team. The Exploration Team will consist of a crew, Navigator, Astronomer and a Captain. I will also need a Governor for this Island.
What I would like for each of you to think of what you would like to be. Or what kind of magic you would like to use.
Each of you will need to get extra credits in what I call Independent Classes. To pass the Independent Classes, you must get a minimum amount of points. These classes are designed to make you better-rounded person. One of the classes that you can take is Calligraphy and another one is Musical Instrument. Another one that you can take for 5 points is Auras Class and Magic Exploration. This is mostly an Independent Class. The only lecture that you will attend is the Introduction to Your Aura. The rest is Independent Study. There will be other ones such as Thought Transference Class which will be available in the future.
Here at Caldwell’s, we will have some rules to go by. Here are the ones that I have set up at this time.
1) Respect each other and yourself.
2) No dissing, put downs or negative thoughts or speech.
3) No fighting is allowed at all. You may be grounded and have your privileges revoked.
4) Try to include as many students as you can into your daily activities.
5) All students are required to be in class on and prepared to learn. That includes having your wand and PLTs as well as being able to demonstrate your homework or class work.
6) Pets are not always allowed in all classes. If they are not allowed, they are to be in your room.
7) Obey the curfew. No ifs, ands or buts about this. You may be grounded and have your privileges revoked.
8) Remember the golden rule:
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
9) Keep your rooms neat and tidy.
10) Keep yourself neat and tidy. Both of these rules pertain to professionalism.
11) Do your own work and do not try to cheat. The end of the level you will go through a testing chamber by yourself.
12) If you act like a child, you will be put on a demerit/merit system until you can prove yourself to be professional magic user. You may be grounded and have your privileges revoked.
13) Ask questions and learn from other student’s mistakes. There are more than enough to go around!
14) I will make more rules as I see the need.
This will be your normal daily schedule.

Now for the trip to the Village. You will have a list to fulfill and a specialized cart. The cart will have a special device that you will use to claim a cart. Again the process is the same as your PLTs.
As you place the items in the cart, just scan them. It will highlight the items as you scan them. The aisles will be placed by each item on the list. If you want an item that is not on the list just type it in the search bar. Anything that is related to the item will show up. On this trip, I am allowing you to have extra items and money free. After this you will be given an allowance to use for your own things. Yu don’t even have to return the cart for it will belong to you. After you get back you will park the cart in a parking spot assigned to you by the Castle. That spot will send the cart to your room. In your room is a small cart closet. I’ll be here at the desk should anyone need me. You may talk or text me. My number is on all cells. All of the Information is on your PLTs in a folder called Trip to Town. The Village can be accessed only during certain hours. In fifteen minutes the Spiral Staircase will allow you to go to the Village. Just this once, I will overlook the Demerits and the list will be gone in ten minutes.

Skotadi was up and ready before they were even meant to be awake, there was no way that she was going to be late on her first day, especially according that they were going to the village. Plus, she didn't trust that Lady Violetta had the same sense of fashion and decor as she did. As soon as she had heard the alarm she had ran to the breakfast table and listened to Lady Violetta's speech so that she could know everything that she needed to know and maybe more.

Skotadi was eager to get going, she wanted to see what else was in this place, she also wanted to learn about the way that people lived and the liveability of this place as, even though she was continually shunned about it, she had always thought that there was a planet out there other than Earth that could sustain life. She had found out that she was right and wanted to learn as much as possible about the place. She put up her hand as high as she could and waited for Lady Violetta to give her permission to speak as she had a question, or two. Another thing she wanted to learn more about was the sentient and how it worked, along with whether or not there was a library at Caldwell's. At that thought she stretched her arm even higher to make sure that Lady Violetta saw it even though it was making her arm ache.

Jack felt like an idiot for how he acted the other day he should have kept his mouth shut and it all would have been fine but he really wanted that Archaic Language course more than anything because he didn't like any of the more manual courses they seemed too easy to him.

He had a rough night sleeping he was troubled by some things about this place at first it seemed like any other school but now it seemed like a boarding school for freaks and other misfits.

Jam noticed he wasn't in human form and that kind of caught him off guard and he thought this might have been why he had a hard time sleeping.

He felt his horns and his tail then his bed sheets which were decent aside from a few scratches from his semi-barbed tail.

Jak sighed and reverted to his humanoid form he kind of was used to it now but he often preferred studying in demon form because he felt like he had enough privacy to let himself go.

He lifted himself out of bed and got dressed and opened a window because it was a little musty in his room and he wanted some fresh air on his skin.

Jak wondered what the day was going to be like and remained himself to wait for other people to finish speaking before he could talk as he had to do around this tyrant Lady Violetta she seemed more of a military officer than a teacher.

Jak prepared some study books, his Tome and some writing utensils for the day, as he pondered the thoughts of what might happen today and the infinite possibilities that could and could not happen.

-Last Night-
After asking Lady Violetta her questions, Ayaka sat back down and finished filling out that form on her PLT.
Name: Ayaka Rain
1) Do you want one long table {like it is now] or smaller tables? I really have no preference on this
2) There are five extra credit courses being offered this semester. Which one are you participating in? I'd like to take all of them.
3) What Independent Classes would you like to take in the future? At this point, I have no idea. I might come up with something later though.
4) Do you have an idea of what you want to do after graduating? If so, what? maybe Exploration?

Back in her room, Ayaka went straight to bed so that she'll be able to wake to this academy alarm the headmistress mentioned.

-The Next Morning-
Ayaka woke and started getting ready to go to breakfast as instructed. She really didn't know how she felt about the headmistress picking her clothes out, so didn't want to chance being late. She went to breakfast as soon as possible. At least they finally had a list of rules to go by. Yesterday, she didn't know what to think of Lady Violetta's merit/demerit system since at that time none of them fully knew what they could and couldn't do here.

Wynn finished the list, sent it, and went to sleep. The next morning he eagerly chowed down as he listened all the rules. It all seemed reasonably fair an it made sense so he sat quietly waiting until they could go to the village. The village sounded like a lot of fun.

Elizabeth awoke, scratching her messy hair. She would have to fix that. Elizabeth wasn't sure how long she had to get ready, but she would take as long as was necessary to get her hair down.

Afterwords, Elizabeth gathered at the breakfast table with the others. She heard what Violetta was saying, mostly. Elizabeth was hoping it was mostly review; she'd probably fall behind otherwise. Mornings were a scourge on her, a bane on her. Elizabeth sighed, and tried not to yawn, for surely the Lady would not be understanding. She had a sincere hope that she did not look too bad, a hope that was misplaced. The first on her mind was what was for breakfast. She did not too much care to ask too many questions right as she woke up.
