P L O T

Lazulis. It is as beautiful as it is in the storybooks. However, after a huge war that took place that took million of lives and creatures. It ended in a peace treaty that no one is happy about. No one won and no one lost. The friction between the different creatures are as cold as ever and ignoring or starting fights with others is too common.

Humans, whom are constantly wearing gas mask, struggle to survive from the growing pollution and the extreme nuclear wars. Their place, Earth, is now crumbling from the constant rippling wars taking place throughout the world. Soon, even the very air they breathe have now become toxic to their health. The old and young started to die off, and the rest, forgetting about war, struggle to find a way to keep their species alive. Desperate to find a new place to live they conveniently stumble upon the world of Lazulis, the magical land of mythical creatures. Finding this haven, filled with abundant amount of trees, multiple flowing rivers, and fresh clean air they decide to take over and colonize.

Only sending a special few to scout out the area and to initiate the colonization, they start tearing down trees, homes of many, polluting waters, and tearing up Lazulis for the needs of their own. Humans are determined to eliminate anything in their way, even if it means destroying Lazulis. The mythical creatures who reside in Lazulis have to overcome their own coldness to each other and band together to get rid of the humans from destroying their home. This, is now a war between humans and mythical creatures.

How it will start:
Creatures: You can start from whenever really lol. Talk about your background and stuff.
Humans: They are on a ship and are already in the world of Lazulis and then the ship will crash.

• Survivalist: Being from earth, Dimitri is accustomed to having to eek out a living in terrible conditions. He can get by on little sustenance and rest, though his performance gradually suffers as time goes on.
• Basic Medical knowledge: Like many soldiers Dimitri is trained in basic first aid; He can make a splint, set a bone, and suture/bind minor wounds. In the end however he's still not a replacement for an actual medical practitioner

Personality (Can be vague)_ A tired and somewhat paranoid and depressed man worn down both mentally and physically from his time spent on earth. Dimitri is a quiet and reserved man who, despite not really minding being in the company of others, often prefers to keep to himself during his down time. In spite of his generally inoffensive nature, Dimitri is a soldier first and foremost and will carry out any orders he receives with little to no complaints or hesitation.

History (Optional)_ There isn't really a lot to say about Dimitri: He grew up on the war ravaged planet Earth and was drafted into the armed forces once he reached eighteen, serving as active duty until he reached the age of twenty five. For the next few years Dimitri tried to reintegrate himself into civilian society as best he could, however the time he spent in the service had changed him. He'd become paranoid it increasingly difficult to hold down a job and relate to any of his peers. For a while Dimitri began to believe that his only option was to reenlist and risk being thrown into yet another series of fire fights, sleepless nights spent wondering if he'd ever live to see the next day. It was with the discovery and attempt at colonization of the planet Lazulis that Dimitri's beliefs changed. Thinking that he would, at most, be protecting colonists from the local wildlife while they worked, Dimitri signed up for a security detail and was shipped out on one of the first scouting ships. It all seemed to be looking up for Dimitri until the ship crashed...

Other (Optional)_ Dimitri is a chronic smoker, a habit he picked up around his third year of service. Whenever that helmet comes off you can expect a cigarette or a cigar to be making an appearance soon.

Skills _ Serena can breathe underwater and swim extremely well, better than any human. And she has a beautiful voice, when she sings it becomes more difficult to resist her suggestions. Strong-minded individuals or those that realize what is happening can negate this effect, but they must still at least listen to what she is saying at the time. However, any effect her singing has will disappear if she is made angry.

Unlike most Naiads, Serena has taken to carrying weapons. This is a habit she picked up when the creatures of Lazulis were prone to attempting to destroy one another, and she just never dropped it. She wields two long, silver daggers with deadly precision when need be. She originally taught herself how to use them, but the constant threat of death helped her to hone her skills against others until a troubled peace was agreed upon.

Personality _ Serena is generally a calm individual, as is characteristic of a Naiad. She keeps mostly to herself, relying only on her sister, Helena, if she needs anything. Serena shares less of a connection with the other Naiads than many think she should, others think it is because of her darker nature. For whatever reason, she prefers to be alone most of the time and doesn't really care what anyone else thinks of her. She stays by her river a majority of the time, but will occasionally leave it for a day or two if she needs something.

The longer she is away from her river, the more anxious she becomes. When she is anxious, her voice often fails her, and her skills in general get worse. If she is away for more than a few days, she will begin to get sick. It will not kill her to be separated from her river for extended periods of time, but depending on the length of time she may wish for death. Eventually she will lose the energy and will to move and the only way to get back to her river would be for someone to take her there.

It is difficult to make her angry, but when her anger is provoked, she gains a bloodlust that is rivaled by few of any species. When in this state, it can take quite a while before she can regain control of herself, and she will not stop otherwise unless her target is destroyed. If she regains control before she kills anyone, she can stop her rampage, but oftentimes she will also attack anyone who gets in her way, and it becomes harder for her to control herself as she does more harm to other individuals.

History _ Serena was born when the rivers of Lazulis were formed, and she will live until those rivers are destroyed. She had four sisters, all residing in their own rivers, which flowed into the lake where their mother lived. Over the centuries, their mother had become mute and isolationist, as many older lake Naiads tend to do in order to preserve their lakes for as long as possible. However, the sisters were lively and shared a tight bond. Unfortunately, dissension does not look kindly upon families.

Naiads were not made for fighting, so it is easy to see why three of Serena's sisters were killed in the chaos of the war long past. Devastated by the loss of her sisters, and determined to keep Helena safe, Serena took up arms against the other creatures. During this time, perhaps because the loss of her sisters had affected her so deeply, she developed her bloodlust. She did not fight it, and eventually it got out of control. When Serena saw what she'd done during her moments of rage, she began working to control it, but she has still not perfected this yet.

Once the war ended, she was mostly relieved. She had kept her sister and her mother safe, the lake and their two rivers would remain. However, there was a part of her that missed it. She longed for the thrill of a fight, the knowledge that she was the only one who could prevent her death. She did not know that her secret, subconscious wish would be fulfilled.

Serena was born with the rivers, and she would die with the rivers. If her river was poisoned, she would be as well, and vice versa. She has done everything possible to keep her river alive, and she will continue to do so until she dies.

Indeed a handsome man that has long white hair like her normal female form. At times, she'll put her hair in a ponytail in her male form. He stands at 7'2", trumping most people he meets. His eye color is a lighter purple. His build is extremely muscular and there is no traces of a male in appearances.

*Yes, she is in fact a woman. However, due to her powers, she has 2 different forms. One which she used all of the times in public which in fact, is a male. Her war form. The only form that she will use to draw blood. If someone is to touch her in any way, she will turn back into a girl and although this doesn't really change her strength, it does in fact make her more aware of the things that she does. Because of this, she wears a black cover over her mouth and black gloves at all times. The only way that she will transform back if someone touches her above the waist and other than her arms. Not hands, arms. Touching her face, neck, hands, or chest will cause her to fall to her knees and back into a girl.
*Her father taught her many different types of fighting styles. The main ones being systema, boxing, and jujitsu. She can use any at any time that she chooses.
*Firearms and other weapons. Due to her own practice as well of her father’s, she has a vast knowledge of weapons. Firearms especially.
*Her aim is extremely good. She practiced daily and shooting is like using her arm all the same. When she/he’s a sniper, they never expect her bullet. Of course, she’s more of a fan of close combat using her sword or her gun.
*She can feed off of the pain that others experience. Be it cries of someone calling for help or someone begging for mercy under her, it causes her to increase her speed. At times, she can be extremely fast which causes people to believe that she has teleportation powers. Her normal speed is, in fact, above average. However, not nearly as fast as it can get.
*Healing is one of her specialties. She can heal anything up to broken bones with her blood. Someone’s head falling off would be a different story.
-Other than that, she is not very proud to say that she has exemplary skills that of a house maid.

Personality
Male: Expressionless, cruel, serious
Equal: Adventurous, calm, forgiving, kind, caring, curious, loyal, and somewhat sensitive (?) However, some are more enhanced in the F/M form. One could be less kind while the other is extremely kind.
Female: Playful, childish at times,--

When she is in her male form, he always appears expressionless in battle. Except for his looks of disgust when he is battling someone. A look that has his eyes speak rather than his mouth. The woman see him as an ideal man. He can charm them with his words while not seeming like a flirt. Armon always smiles at his people and treats everyone equally. He hates special treatment and misunderstandings. Armon somehow comes off as unapproachable to others around him as he walks with an air of superiority that comes with his high ranking. Truthfully, her male form does not care about anything other than drawing blood and protecting others. In both of her forms, she/he does not treat anyone else unfairly. Even with the war, she doesn’t hate on anyone that does her no harm. If they do, they know that she/he will fight them.

Mari isn’t known to really… anyone. No one knows that “Mari” exists. All they know is Armon. If Mari is seen, she will most likely flee somewhere else so that she does not have to introduce herself. She is quick to defend herself and does indeed, have her male forms strength. Mari doesn’t like petty competitions to boost other’s pride. She hates them. Child’s play is what she calls it. And war is something to feels disgust towards. Having to draw blood all for small reasons. War is utterly shameless but she knew that it was a part of our sad lives. Our pathetic ways. Our selfish ways.

Bio

Mari was born into a family that fed off of hatred. All that she saw in her home was bitter and tasteless. It was sad. Her father then went off to a war soon, causing her mother to worry a lot and often lash out for no reason. Before that, they would argue daily, always having her have to awake to annoying sounds of yelling. Her father was a good fighter. One of the best warrior's. But that wasn’t enough. He died out on the battlefield due to a tasteless attack at one of the camps while they were sleeping. Prideless trash.

Soon after that, Mari began to explore her powers and found that she had another form hidden within her. Even without it, she had trained everyday. Learning how to wield a sword effortlessly and shoot a gun with great aim. Fighting was all that she was used to. Her father often taught her how to fight before and he was a fan of “tough love”. She could fall to the ground, bleeding and gasping for air but he would tell her to stand up and try again. It was hard but she soon formed a hard shell. Her male form was simply a way for people to take her more seriously and boost her strength.

Mother wasn’t well after father’s death. Which was when Mari was 16. She fell into a deep pit of depression. Mari never really spoke to her as she grew older. She simply took care of her without speaking as mother slowly lost her sanity. In the end, she grew old alone and one day Mari found her dead in her room after she had locked herself inside for a day. Her funeral was small and only consisted of about 10 to 12 people. Mari started training more than ever. If there was anything she wanted to do, it was to learn to protect others around her.

She now lives alone in the forest. Either that, or she just sleeps anywhere quiet with no one around. Work is work. She does jobs that she can find around the place. Mostly hunting jobs or simply working at a shop. She has great people skills when she's in her male form. Female form? Who knows.

-Kasi can come across as over protective of the areas she is in charge of but she is actually a very laid back girl. She dosn't take many things to heart as she likes to joke around as well yet will be serious if there is an absolute need for it.

-always seen with some a certain type of black fruit that only grows in her area of the forest, this is one of the reasons she fights, to protect her home.

Eva has a gift for healing wounds and illness in such a short time frame. However, she cannot cure mental illness. Since she has a body of a sheep from the waist and down, she is able to travel far and walk in different kinds of environments without any problem.

Eva is a very adventurous and optimistic girl. She often played with other creatures on the mountains and would soon become friends with anyone. Her love for being helpful to others inspired her to start a "small business" in which she uses her healing powers to cure illness and wounds for food or knowledge to learn new magic tricks.

H I S T O R Y

Eva has no memory of her parents. She was left in a small cave up in the mountains where she grew up with friendly creatures who looked after her. When she was a young girl, she discovered powers which would enable her to shape shift between an agile Big Horn Sheep and a human with a power of healing. She viewed this as a great gift, something for her to embrace and use in the name of good.

One day, when she was shape shifting from a sheep to a human, the rocks beneath her started to crumble and Eva tumbled down the mountain. She was unable to fully turn into a human and has been stuck as half sheep, half human ever since. Not even her healing skills were able to turn her into a full human or sheep. She decided to go on an adventure to look for a solution to this.
