Pft, I like Rattata for Justine. French people always remind me of mice. Idk why. I think I get Rosario Dawson--I didn't know who she was but after a google, she does look like an older version of the picture I used for Lillah.

I think the French-mice association comes from ratatouille, the film with the rat? I know they're not the same thing but it's close enough to a mouse, I suppose? But other than that... I only understand the Hannibal reference, but not why.

Yeah, basically. And thanks, I'm glad I could think of something good enough. I couldn't think of anything else for the Rosario Dawson one.

I kinda thought she looked like a rat at first glance, and Rattata is a pretty well-known reference. Hannibal's the one that makes all the plans in The A-Team. The leader.
Red Fox = Red-headed and sly looking to me.
Hit Girl = She reminded me of Chloe Grace Moretz, who played Carrie in the remake.
Bandman = That was a really bad one, but he naturally looks like the kind of guy who would be in a band.
Captain Nixon = He reminded me of Ron Livingston as Captain Lewis Nixon from Band of Brothers (another poor one).

Maybe. I think its more than that, though. Ratatouille is an example, but maybe I've seen the reference in other media as well. I just can't think of where.

I agree. The characterization is done really well, too--getting a nice feel for the kids' personalities and the like.
