Cathrine is skilled in Soul Wavelength Projection, Wavelength Manipulation and Soul Perception. She is also a master of hand to hand combat and can fight well even without a weapon.
Appearance:
When she's Teaching she wears this. In battle, she wears a much different outfit with a black cloak that covers her face, and entirely black clothing underneath.
Brief personality: Cathrine is kind and understanding, always willing to hear a student out while they explain their absence from her class. She is also very protective of her students, and if one of them gets hurt she won't stop until she can take revenge for them. She likes to work individually with students who need it.
Background: Cathrine doesn't talk about her past much, but if you get her drinking you might learn a thing or two. For instance she owes her life to Lord Death, who picked her up off the streets as a child, and that she was trained by him personally in both combat and Soul Wavelength Manipulation. You might see her staring off into space every once in a while, or if you're really lucky whispering the name 'Cyrus' under her breath.

(And yes, I felt it entirely necessary to have a teacher to replace Stein)

Stein is a bit more... flawed, though, what with the madness and the dissections and all. She doesn't exactly seem a replacement, more like a convenience.
