Because we're already out of the pod. It seems a little silly that in all our posts, our characters completely overlooked one person.

Besides, I don't want to go back and edit all my posts.

Also, I made a triple post? I just made a post and refreshed it twice because RPGuild was being overloaded/updated/stupid.

They're a guardsman. Probably assumed dead or overlooked because they blended in with the walls.. <.<

It seems more silly to have a second pod conveniently land adjacent to the first.

Perhaps they remained unconscious until the sound of combat woke them. And, like Daze said, they could have been taken for a corpse.

EDIT: Or, maybe their lifepod had a more competent pilot, no offense to Rayvius.

@drallinix: Instead of making a small posts responding to everyone else's posts, try writing it down on a word document and saving it until several other people have posted. All our posts overlap chronologically and the only thing actually moving us forward is me, so there's no need to post something every other hour.

PS, you can grammar/spellcheck on the word document too.
