Simply put, if an avatar is too big, automatically resize it to the maximum size possible instead of a redirect to a page that says you can only have an avatar that is 128x128 or smaller. That is all.

I don't like the new Avatar system Mahz. It won't let me post up any of my picture unless they match the setting perfectly which none of them do. I've got ones that are 90. something that I can't use because they don't match the settings

As long as its dimensions are <= 128x128 and it's size is <= 100KB, then you can upload it.
