Oh, also.. I was going to ask.. I may have misunderstood, but someone mentioned that all of our nations are in debt. Does that mean that dash before the total amount of bank is actually a minus sign? I thought that was just a dash for neatness. If that's not it, then how do we know how much debt we're in?

Yes. All of your yearly income that you don't allocate in orders goes towards paying off that balance. There is no interest or anything like that, thankfully for you.

I sent in joint war orders for both of us. Lincoln and Grant have a tag-team match with Davis and Lee on a barge off the coast of Charleston to decide who wins the war once and for all. Spoiler, Sherman comes in with a metal chair at the last moment and knocks Jeff Davis out.
