Never had the courage to watch a comedy anime...suggest something.

I hear that there's funny animes out there, but I'm not too optimistic as to how funny an animu can be. Convince me otherwise.

I've only seen action/dramatic animus like Deathnote, SAO, DBZ, Attack on Titan, .hack, Another, etc.

I liked Great Teacher Onizuka but it's not pure comedy and the ending isn't very satisfying.

Fairy Tail has a lot of funny moments(Even the first episode.) And it isn't shallow either.

Crap, there's this one anime about this guy who gets resurrected as a zombie by a necromancer he lives with and also becomes a magical girl? It's a harem anime (which sort of sets off some red flags for me) but the opening episode is hilarious. Lemme look it up.

EDIT: It's called Kore wa Zonbi Desu ka, according to Wikipedia.
