I think everyone has learned that war kinda sucks for every side. I expect WiR: 1900 will be relatively peaceful, at least compared to this one. And whichever WiR you host in the future, provided it has some of the same players, will probably be more peaceful than this one too.

No. You've still South Georgia. Your Caribbean colonies also act as South American colonies, for all intents and purposes.

Good thing, too, because without them France's navy is practically non-existent. I hope Canada was worth turning France into a British dependency.

Left the plebiscites untouched. Will sort them next update w/ results. I'll have a map up tomorrow hopefully.

Checked everyone's debt levels and found Romania's was way out. Has been fixed now (can't believe you never called me out on that, man).

I believe I should have 35 ironclads, at this point. Had 15 last update, built 5 in the war update, built 5 now, and had 2 (+5 in 1 turns]
