So I've just gotten around to replaying FFVIII for about the fiftieth time and it's given me a (very) vague idea for a small RP, 5 or 6 players, loosely following the plot of the game.
There would be no main character, no canon characters, no Squall/Rinoa/Seifer equivalents. Everyone would be equally important to the plot as the SeeDs destined to defeat Ultimecia/whateverwedecidetocallher; I'm sick of threads where one character is clearly made to be the MC and everyone else is just a side character or (/sigh) a member of their harem.
So yeah. Equality all round, custom but not OP GFs, a moldable storyline based on the game... It's a very rough concept so far so I'd be grateful for any input.
