Well, the opening ceremony should start soon. Perhaps since there's no student representative yet, one could volunteer from the crowd.

Let's see... trying to sort out the order of events, here.

  1. Aoife gets back to her dorm room, bathes, then sleeps
  2. Eliza wakes up, goes out, scares some boys
  3. Veilli gets out of the boys' side of the dorms, spots boys, backtracks the boys' steps to Eliza, "hides" behind corner
  4. Aoife wakes up, gets herself dressed and out of the dorms, spots the boys but hasn't quite caught up to Eliza and Veilli's position yet.
  5. Adam gets run into by the fleeing boys and has his episode somewhere behind Aoife
  6. Danny somehow exits from what is presumably the same area as Adam, spots Aoife and greets her, but doesn't notice Adam's episode at all?

So my confusion is mostly in the order of events between Adam's episode and Danny greeting Aoife. Needs to be sorted out since I was planning to interact with Adam, but I'm obviously fine with talking to Danny, as well.
Oh wait, is the implication that Danny greeted Aoife before the boys ran into Adam?

Oh, I imagined that the boys got up and continued running after accidently bumping into Adam, as Eliza was in the general vicinity. I was under the impression that Aoife had departed from the area and was headed towards a separate complex, which the main hall is a part of. I guess I thought Adam was heading off in a separate direction, rushing to the Hall of Healers, and had already made some ground by the time Danny exited the boys' dorms, as he was in a hurry. To sum it up, I thought Aoife was near the main hall heading in one direction, and Adam was running off in the opposite, towards the hall of healers. Though neither location has been specified, as we do not have a map of the school grounds at our disposal, so I can see the error. I could augment my post, of course.

A map would be quite helpful, haha. Even a rudimentary one made in MSPaint with the shape tools and text tool would work.

Hmmm... I can see what you were thinking.

I'm quite sure that a magical gust strong enough to send people flying into the corridor walls would be noticeable, though. Wind needs to be traveling at the very least 70mph to be able to overcome the force of gravity over the average human, so it'd be even faster (and thus travel further and make more sound) to toss people.

Point is, I was supposing that Danny would have noticed the sound as well.

Oh, one more thing that I spotted, this time involving dear Eliza.

Traitor said "...far away from the place you should attend in a few minutes..."


A few minutes? How did it go from "Elizabeth woke up early." and "a group of early-bird second-year boys" to "[the opening ceremony is] in a few minutes"? I realize that you said it took her "decidedly too long" to find her gloves, but then why would the second-year boys be considered "early-bird(s)" if they're out and about just minutes before the ceremony?

I was unable to make out a clear answer from the previous page of the OOC. The event with Adam occurred indoors or outdoors, since Aoife has already departed from the building. If she was to witness it, then it would have happened outside. I edited my post based off of that theory.

Anyways, I edited my post based off the theory that the event occurred outside. If it happened indoors, then you may write around it and perceive Danny's greeting as if he was inside of the complex. I'll make any needed edits in the morning. Night.

Well seems I missed all of the conversation only thing I can add to the end is Adam is walking to his destination because his injuries are not enough to warrant any immediacy from him at the moment.

EDIT: Also he is either just inside or just outside of the dormitory in my mind.

A map would would be very useful

Despite this probably sounding like a cheesy made up excuse, it really isn't: Eliza's exaggerating for the sake of humorous dramatisation. Same goes for 'far away', while I don't know the specific dimenions of the academy, I'd figure it's not that huge.

Ah. Me and taking things too literally, lol. Alrighty! Well, I wish I could say it's time to get cracking on the post, but I have to take care of some more work, then I can get to work.

Also, general layout is enough. It doesn't even have to be entirely to scale, just knowing the jist of where everything is would be greatly appreciated.
