Sadly I think our hunger games would just be "Who can survive alone longest in the arena?" more so than "CUT THE KIDS HEADS OFF!!! BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!"
Most spammers can cook... some can cook and properly hunt/gut shit... sooo...
I say very few of the spammers would actually take the effort in trying to kill other spamers with weapons and shit...

Survival and evasive-survival are mutually exclusive. Shoot as many animals as you like -- cook 'em on a nice, biiiiiig fire next to your improvised lean-to. I'll spot you from a mile away.

If I was actually in this situation, I'd probably do a mixture of these three things.
Mostly the first one, because I'd be too scared to trust people not to slit my throat or whatever. Please, just shoot me between the eyes or bash my head in with one clean blow. It's all I ask.
- Flee and try to find some basic survival needs.
- Anyone I meet try to "ally" with in the sense that we don't kill each other or anyone. If they have the means, offer them the opportunity to kill me in as painless a way as possible.
- Find a nice tool or location with which to commit to painless suicide.
