Been better. Have some kind of weirdness going on. I have no energy 90% of the time. I'm good for maybe 3 hours upon waking, but after that I get severely tired. Not just sleepy. Like... I get scared driving because my vision goes unfocused.

Mhm that sounds like stress perhaps you should rest for a bit and see if that could help but idk in not a doctor..
