I think present location might be a pretty useful criteria to note. Most of us seem to have moved around a fair bit since birth, and keeping track of who is where is a bit tricky.

Alright I edited the table a bit after reading the sheets. Rayn, I didn't write down you character, because I believe you have your facts wrong. You have written down that your character is of age 34 and was born in Valaria. How could that be possible when Valaria was apparently formed after the war with Malfear ended?
The war with Malfear lasted 10 years and the time from its end to the role-play's present is 12 years, meaning a total of 22 years from the start of the war to present times. Your character would have already been 12 years old at the beginning of the war and 22 when it ended, if he is indeed 34 years old.
In my opinion, after reading through the provided information, Valaria has been in existence as a term for around the past year in story time.

Just read your CS. Make the corrections Headphones stated earlier concerning the timeline of Valaria, and try to add a few sentences alluding to the war against Malfear, like whether or not your character participated, and you'll be fine.
EDIT: But yeah as Headphones said, going more in depth about your involvement in the war, or how it affected your character, would be beneficial.

Say, wouldn't it be best if you added a table similar to the one I made on the first page? I think it would be a good idea to include age, gender, and race next to every name in the "Accepted Characters" section.

No, starting from the time he invaded Valeal and destroyed the Mages Tower. The timeline up to that point is flexible and up for speculation.
