Cool, I'll have a character up in a bit. Would you prefer it I post it here for approval or in the character tab. I'm getting mixed signals with the order of things when it comes to that.

Character Sheet Name: Thomas Law (AKA: The Blue Star) Age: 15 Gender: Male Height: 5'7" Favourite Gundam series: Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn Personality: Thomas is the courageously confident child of a mother of three. Being the youngest, he was slightly picked on by the others, usually thrown in the mom-pit to clean up their messes or be the blame for dubious offenses. In the beginning he took it willingly but over the years, he found a love for anime that gradually changed him. He watched colorful heroes stand up for themselves against the world and one day thought "If they can stand up against the world than why can't I against two people?". After that, he found a fire in his gut. He took the dominating beatings of his brother without complaint, eventually earning some form of place between them. To be blunt, its obvious that he's enduring and willful. On the other hand, his love for anime often hampers his work ethic, giving him bad grades and making him not too smart in the brain departments. His sister often calls him "Narutard". History: Born to a middle-class family in New York City, Thomas was the offspring of unfortunate love. Growing up, he realized that his family wasn't any different from many others. His eldest sibling, his brother was into females and cars, while his sister was often busy, out with friends or something other. When they were around, all they did was place blame on him, threaten him, and more often than he'd thought, warmly appreciate his presence. The Law family was closer than most, laughing, crying, and enjoying each other's company as if it was fresh breath of air, was the normal. Thomas was exposed to anime very early in his life, its influence shaped him, taught very important values that many missed simply because they assumed it was cartoons. When Gunpla became popular, he had been so immersed in his anime that he hadn't noticed. It was only after catching his sister coming home late, a model figure close to her, had he learned. Turned out that she was pretty famous in the realm, many had known her as the "RED HOT" aptly named after her Commander Sazabi model. After showing interest in it, she taught him the ropes and little by little developed his own set skills. He once asked her why she hadn't tweaked the Sazabi model, made it her own. She responded with something he'd never forget. She said. "To change something created by another would be like plagiarism. Its a work of art Narutard, you just don't change perfection. You honor it." Thomas took what he wanted from that sentence and imprinted it into his heart. At the age of thirteen he entered into a tournament with his sister and watched in amazement as she worked with ascendant concentration. She decimated the competition, literally. There was no need from him to even attempt to fight along side her, every time he did, she only went out her way to save his model. By the end of the local tournament, the alias: RED HOT, had become a gun-cock in the ears of other Gunpla fighters. For anyone that was actually at that tournament, she was something inhuman, some kind of monster. Eventually she grew out of the Gunpla phase and passed on her knowledge to Thomas, who entered several tournaments and took on the name "BLUE STAR" admittedly a bit close to his own sister's name. By the time he had been invited to Von Braun High, Thomas had been actively challenging other Gunpla Battlers, ripping through them like plague. He hoped to find bigger and better targets at Von Braun, targets like his sister. • RED HOT CREED (RHC) System - It allows the intake of the Plavasky Particles to speed up the performance of the Brave Passion model. Designed by his sister, he's none the wiser of its inner workings but he knows from experience that the suit's much more agile and quick afters its activation. It can only last for ten seconds.

Description: The Brave Passion model was designed for offense. Like his sister before him, Thomas relies on speed and precise strikes to finish off his opponents. The base model was white but after gaining his infamous name "BLUE STAR" he painted one of its shoulder pieces and its long horn blue. When the (RHC) system is activated, the black parts of the Unicorn glow sapphire. The beam shield appears solid but when activate is coated with a crimson layer that can deflect beam weaponry.

Pretty good CS. Accepted. Also if anyone has ideas for rival school teams, feel free to suggest.

Cool, I was afraid I wouldn't know enough about the series so I looked it up a bit. For rival schools what about a college that decides to test our claims or something. I'm just spit balling right now.

I thought we were in middle school meaning we're under the eighteen brackets?

as for rival school teams how about something more along the lines of a school from a nearby town that has entered the tournaments before and won though with hearing about the team from Von Braun they go to try and shake things up to try and scare the team away?

I'm not sure if its middle or high. I thought it was High at one point. I'm probably wrong.

That's what my gut was telling me while I was creating Thomas too. We'll have to wait for Sugihito. Van you seem to be the most knowledgeable about the series, did I create the Unicorn Brave Passion right or does he seem off?

To me he seems weak. He only has what? Two vulcans (i'm assuming in the head), two sabers, and his speed system? He lacks range power either way and you haven't listed if he has a shield or not so I'm not positive if he has any defensive capabilities. I built Reborn Alvaaron with the intent of being a jack of all trades master of none. It has a power attack (that needs a charge and a beam rifle), it has two beam sabers and rifles, it has a shield which houses a couples of gn fangs taken from a reborns gundam model along with the shield they're housed in, and the final portion of it has a defensive shield and a bubble shield. Granted this suit was a collaberation between three pro level characters but as it stands it could use more weapons.

I would look into at least getting a beam rifle also you need to state since it is unicorn would it still have the ntd system that usually unlocked more weapons for unicorn to use as well. also the shield might want to look into that would help greatly though this is only my opinion. for my own personal one is more of a speed/range fighter but still has the lacerta beam sabers for close range you on the other hand seem to be going for a close range suit but at least one option for long range would help greatly.

The systems only appear to be a factor IF they're designed by pros. Trans-AM for example only seemed to be used by meijin and the system on f91 seemed to only work with that guy from england. Like that anger system on the allenby clone doing nothing in the first season of this show. The newtype destroyer system wouldn't even do much expect look cool.

I see what you're both getting at. And both your Gunpla's are pretty damn cool. I have to admit I looked at everyones as a comparison type thing, trying to make sure I wasn't too overpowered or anything. In the end, I decided that I'd wow everyone with Thomas' control skills than the mobile suit's armament. The shield was an accident, I added in my description but must had taken it off the list. I'll add it back in. Suku, you're spot on, he's going to be close range and the RHC system is going to make for some epic fights. Honestly, Thomas is going to learn that he'll need Range weapons but it'll take him getting his butt whooped by someone worthy first. Excluding the obvious lack of range weaponry, does it seem alright?
