Fallout 3 Type Thing?

So, I've been playing Fallout these past few days, and I tend to create my character depending on the sort of 'RP-Mood' I'm in. Due to this, I decided that I may as well see about a Fallout RP being created. I was thinking around 4 or so people, including me, and we would start in the Vault, and eventually the whole Overlord fiasco'll go down, and we'll go into radioactive world.

Anyone interested? I literally just came up with the craving for a FO 3 RP, so I have nothing planned. Just a vague character idea, which involves a crimson-tongued, eagle-eyed youth with an infamous crackshot.

Nice, nice. I want the characters to suit each other and over-all go smoothly, so as we wait for others, did you guys have ideas for your characters? As I stated, I'm making a 'crimson-tongued, eagle-eyed youth with an infamous crackshot', meaning he'll be prodigal with things requiring aim, accuracy, and precision, while also having quite the sharp wit and attitude, for intimidation and 'persuasion' purposes.

I was going to base it off my archetype that I play in Fallout. I go for a mainly melee based character with high sneak and lock pick. Basically roguish with good bargaining and repair skills.

I have a good feel of the personality I want as well. Mischievous of course since they would have had to learn lock picking by trying to get into places they weren't supposed to, just for the thrill of being able to get in and out detected. Inherently good but in the end more of a follower than a leader.

Hello, I'm relatively new to forum roleplay. I've done a lot of post by post RP online however, I DM Pathfinder, and have played it for about 2 years now though before that I was reading the books and trying to find players for like 3. I would love to join your group based fallout rp, however I just wanted to know if you expect people like me to be logged on all the time since the last one I joined here for forums, I went to class for the day and got back to see 15 posts and multiple repeating characters and I couldn't keep up. So, if I'm busy with classes and such over summer do you expect to have many posts in a day or how do you see that happening? Sorry for having to ask and explain!

It's cool.

I will limit speedposting; so, generally, if someone posts, I would prefer to have everyone else post once before that someone can post again. I'm pretty busy with life too, so you don't have to worry being left in the dust. I prefer quality over quantity, after all.

Alright, thanks a lot. The character ideas I have so far are either a sly and sarcastic (likely some smart-ass) engineer/macgyver(perhaps explosives?) style girl or the resident gun nut/aggressive and strong women. However, I think I'm preferring the engineer.

I think the engineer will float better at the moment, since we have a resident gun nut/aggressive man, only he's a bit more sharper than he is brutely aggressive.

Is this cast big enough, or would you all prefer more people?

Might be down for this if you're willing to accept another or if someone drops out. I love my Fallout with pacifist, gambling characters who have an aversion to killing, addictions, and an over-reliance on human nature and luck-- the Followers of the Apocalypse will always have a place in my heart.

Same for me, I'd be interested in playing a staunchly physical character. One with a lot of strength, but not so much for intelligence. Though he would have idealistic morals.
