Several years ago, while wading in a local river. It was a snapping turtle, so it's a good thing we noticed it and stayed clear of it.

No, it's obviously The Doctor from several years from now, in a corresponding dimension. Don't you people know anything? Reluctantly, making him the 100th+ Doctor. I don't know. I'm at a loss to where we are in the counting thing.
