A few things you oughta know

• Don't come to me with "I wanna RP anything with you" - Please. Have an idea of what you want to do before contacting me, whether you like something I posted here or if you have some of your ideas. I am a bit of a sucker for thorough preparation and winging it just doesn't cut it unless there's at least a hint of an initial idea.
• I start at new work soon, so i'll only be available according to the schedule below. However until I message you saying it's over or a message from my next of kin arrives notifying you of my demise, I will come back. If you can't deal with that, don't read further.
• I don't care how good a writer you are, I will give you as much as I can. If it's more, I hope I'll help to raise your level, if it's less, I hope I can learn, but neither might be the case.
• Typos are OK, we're here to have fun not to get our English grade. But have mercy and at least try ;D
• I am big on "find out ingame". If you want a character sheet form me, I will cut it down to what your character would know of mine. Think, you're robbing yourself of something to write about :P
• Not too fond of slice-of-life. Real life takes care of that all too well.
• No romance for the sake of it being there. I do not exist to satisfy your fantasies. I am not closed to the idea, but it has to evolve in the RP naturally, nothing predetermined and forced.
• I SUCK at mysteries, be it creating or solving, so I'd like to avoid detective themes XD
• Mature scenes - sure, whatever floats your boat.
• When I say Sci-Fi, I mean spaceships, not something weak like your Dr. Whos and stuff :P
• Being a guy IRL, I have males down pretty well. I'm looking to get a better grasp on how to write females, so expect that from me, although if I like your idea I'll do whatever.
• As for multiple characters and doubling - I'll play whatever and whoever I feel like.
• PMs or googledoc - I don't like strangers looking at our work ;P I will skype or steam for chat.

Ok fine, at least there's a pairing and a setting, but a tiny little more wouldn't hurt. However:

This is in the OP for a reason, same reason why it's the last thing there. To test whether the applicants have the courtesy to at least read the whole of the post, and whether they understand English. You see where I might have a problem?

That prompted me to go to search for your own 1x1 checks and look what I found:

-- I prefer to write on a Free to Casual level. I feel this allows RP partners to give and take with the plot.
-- I'm a sucker for romance, especially with a sci-fi/fantasy/supernatural twist.

Okay so, not sure about the free to casual given the very title of my thread, but I might give it a shot, we'll see if you can hold me interested. As for romance, see below. I might also bite on Bionicle or digimon, I have this character I have been wanting to use forever xD
