Yush, it helps keep order in the RP, really helps the flow, it's mostly something I borrowed from my compulsive chatroom roleplaying.

By GM's command while we sit and watch crappy movies, the pecking order is pushed forward even further.
@SlamJamCity was last seen 5 hours ago, so we are assuming he is asleep.
@KoL was last seen 1 hour ago, thus if he remains a no-show for another 20 minutes, we'll continue to @turboshitter

First time I've ever tried something like this, so we'll see how it works. It is true though, I've seen a lot of RPs stall or stop because people are waiting on other people who don't even know they're supposed to post.

Only problem is I don't wanna be the guy who holds up everyone by not posting instead of just holding up the people my characters are interacting with :(

I have to day that this rule about posting order is seriously unjust to people of other time zones and who have to do things other than wait the whole day to to make a post. How will a fight be supposed to play this way?

I was sleeping at that time too, but I woke up just now to find that thing. And I gotta say something, no matter how much I might want to play this, that posting rule probably will make me ditch the RP when I'm stuck for days waiting for other people to post.

I hate games where people speedpost because of my RL obligations like work and college always make me be a seriously lager. But a game where I'll probably not be able to post even once in week if we have to wait for someone like that co-GM is just ridiculous.

Nevertheless I'll try it, but of things get unbearable to me, I'm out.

PS: I'll be doing the post that I was spouses to now.

Fights or two person interactions could be done via PM should it necessitate speed posting. Most RP'S I have been in with posting orders usually had a 24 hour deadline for people.

It wasn't what I meant. I always take long interactions to a PM or, better yet, Titanpad. What I said is that I find it very frustrating to have to wait for what could be almost a week, perhaps more with a deadline such a this, between my posts. Specially on a situation such as this where everyone is in a single room.

Waaaaait am I up to post now too? Am thoroughly confused.

I do agree that this posting format is most suited to chat room where you can just post one liners and stuff. Making this a free posting game risks people being left behind but you don't see much disparity in people's posting times here aside from the Co GM who can be adjusted towards. A hybridized format of case by case order posting in the case of major events affecting everybody and free posting between isolated and smaller groups seems appealing but that's just my opinion.

So am I in the barn or not? The post from the GM implies that I'm not. I kind of need to be there for the summoning ritual since my character is acting as a secondary magical energy supplier.

I referred to two people in my post because of that. You should be there, since there would be no sense of the contrary. Just post as if you were, since your name is in the order and I talked to you already. It's good that at least Saber won't be left hanging for God knows how much time.
