@swich01I assume this is directed at me, and while that phrase is a bit vague(pretty sure super religious countries might find all Meta's to be demons meant for slaughter) I see what you mean. Kinda just put what I could and didn't really put up a filter, that usually comes when I put up the limits. Wasn't able to do that because character limit in my device(annoying). I'll cool it down a tad when I get to really working on it, this is more a rough draft than anything else


We have only ever allowed one non-GM blood-bender and I'll let you know beforehand, yours will not fly. It doesn't matter what limits he has, if he can control anyone's character internally, to any degree, he wont fly. I also foresee a lot of other reasons, but I'll let your 'filter' carry that out.

Allen and I also often get annoyed when people post half-written sheets up. It's fine since you didn't know, but next time if you are coming up with a new character please finish it and then submit it.

@Raijinslayer My stance on Sebastian is a solid no. First, I don't really like psychopaths, and he seems to be too perfect. Like, he has so many skills (Martial arts, shooting, violin, piano) at eighteen. Plus, I was never really a fan of blood manipulation (Even if you can't control people). It's basically water manip with a squick factor. That said, there's no way I'm going to allow him to control blood in other people's bodies, regardless of the limits, which is a one hit kill.

I'm going to put Lihua on the sidelines until Maxx posts as Sam. As for Maxine? Until I figure out what I should have her do, I'll just have her on the sidelines.

Anyways, a hoist of NPC sheets are on the way, and I rearranged the NPC section to categorize them by affiliation.

@Mr Allen JAfter a good mornings rest(summer+internet=Crap sleep schedule), I find that I have lost interest in Sebastian. That leaves me with one regular character to make and one fiend character to make.
