@Raijinslayer Since Opal is a fusion gem, having Dragon breath opal wouldn't be allowed. For the same reason I wouldn't let anybody be green garnet, just because the design is different doesn't make it a different gem.

Tbh Eve's old crew was pretty much the ultimate nOPE Squad. XD

Like, literally, their emblem (an X) was chosen because a) They consider themselves as x-members of their old alliances (save for Rut who was too young to actually have been on a side) and b) if you removed all the four diamonds from the original emblem (authority in other words) that's all you're left with.

@LoonyI now have a headcanon that Renaldo has captured Steven singing 'We are the Crystal Gems' on video (later making it a music video akin to the intro), and has uploaded it onto his blog, causing Chuck's son to see it, and having Chuck show it to the Mohs Gems.
