Forgive me everyone, but I must postpone the update till tomorrow. No reason beyond having problems with my creativity (see previous posts on proflie) and the combat (which is slightly complicated) taking it's toll. I promise I'll have the update up tomorrow. In that time- once again- feel free to post any questions you have, or any recommedations or critique. I promise I won't read them while intoxicated (which is likely to happen shortly if my brain doesn't stop fucking with me).

25-14=11. Brings me below my half hp margin which trigger my. Vengeful Blade- When Arus is reduced below half health he gains crit chance(25%) and instantly retaliates if it was a melee attack

Right. But it was triggered after an attack. Alot like reaction systems from FFT, the action still goes through, and then the effect of the reaction triggers. You now are going to retaliate and strike back against any FURTHER attacks after reaching your trigger.

So the way its written he counterattacks everything when below half? Or just on 1 attack after under half? My only other question at this point as to what rolehehe skill is playing in this, as so far I haven't seen any calculations for it.

Everything under half. And as far as SKL, I'm still working on incoroprating it. I figured it would be a critical strike chance meter, and then I thought of making it simply a hit roll. I'll try to incoporate it soon so you'll actually see some benefit from it.

That's also part of it. I'm trying to be lenient as to not discriminate people who've built wrong or one sided. Still a WIP this rp. Keep bring up ways I can change it and I'll be happy to.

Well, I DID bring up something to do with the leveling, that is, you'd still have the 15 to spend, but you might also get +1 in stats you're good at, or, rarely, +1 in stats you're bad at before then.
(IE: my character's MAG has a good chance of going up on its own, whereas my character's STR has a bad chance of going up on its own.)

I'm still considering that. It's more along the lines of FE by strict mechanics, but I don't want your characters to fall behind in areas they truly need the stats in. The opposite is also true, where I don't want to see someone have 20 actions in one post. I'm trying to find a good balance with all the things mentioned, but it's harder than it seems.
