Even assuming they suddenly want to be there, although its not expected or necessary, the post will pretty much be the same, regardless.

I only mention you, Agent so that I can remind you of the thread that brought us together. It wasn't much of a reason, but it was still a likeness in you that I found charming. I am sorry that it didn't work and it doesn't matter at this point. Maybe another time, but not this time...I'm sorry.

(I understand that I may be wrong. I am probably gravely misunderstanding the situation)

With Ryland AWOL, second in command might be Kaite who would be livid as to why hes being called to action in senpai's stead. The reading, coupled with a brief interaction with Katherine from Navigations would lead him to believe that the captain had lost it.
I'll have a post up tomorrow involving Kaite chasing the captain's actions...and a tooth-shattering kick to Riblou's face to be let down in order to do so.

Achieng is welcome to follow.

Kaite is detached enough to make it a power struggle, seeing as how Ryland has shirked basic orders and hazmat protocol to enter controlled areas without formal clearance.

Try not to get tasered/shot by Kaite, Shining...he may be coming for you.
...or whatever Ryland thinks he had just attacked.
