Hey guys? Pretty recently, I've been faced with thoughts of life after high school, and while I'm certain that I want to go to college, I have been thinking recently of taking a gap year. I don't know much of it, if there are like programs that help with that sort of thing, but if I do decide to do it, then I think that I need to get a full scholarship somewhere so I can afford a leap year. Any thoughts on where to go and what do do?

@pyroman Hm, it depends a lot on what you think you want to do during your year off, your family's financial situation and where you want to go.

@pyroman I see. I obviously have no idea whether or not you'll be able to get one, although I do know that there are various third party organizations that give eligible people scholarship money, but you usually have to write an essay and will be one of hundreds or thousands of people to do so. Might possibly be worth looking into if you haven't already though.

21308 said exactly what I was going to say. I did those kinds of essays to get scholarships but then something happen to change my mind and I took the route of no college.

@Akayaofthemoon Well you could have her reply to Spinel and have them show up near the ship and then I could have Spinel respond to Melanite. But yeah I'm waiting for everyone's intentions to be clear on staying vs. leaving before I have Chromite do anything.

@Akayaofthemoon Just a note though, Bloodstone has a lock on his warp pad that makes it to where only those allowed can connect another warp pad to it. Although once connected anyone can use the connection, like Sodalite did.

Well, I want to decide wither to have Aquamarine try to get on the ship (Only to epically fail XD) or not but I think I might just have Spinel take Melanite to the temple so two more gems are safer >.< I just don't know what direction would be best without others decisions you know?

@Akayaofthemoon I imagine Aquamarine would refuse Spinel's offer of help, knowing her. If there wasn't another gem to protect Spinel would probably insist, but as things stand it will probably end with her escorting Melanite back to the others, possibly with the intention of trying to go back to see if Aqua is in danger.
