Look KL all I'm going to say on the subject is if you're going to make a Machine Man, you have to legally make at least three references to Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E.

As a side note, people who don't like Nextwave are the problem. The problem of what exactly?

THE PROBLEM WITH EVERYTHING.


While I see the merit in Nextwave, I don't care for it. Making X-51 like Bender was funny at first and then got annoying. The character was created by Jack Kirby, he deserves a lot better. Maybe get the Avengers treatment and another solo series... but it'll probably never happen. That's not to say he didn't have some good developments in Nextwave, it was just in between the moments of Bender like idiocy. In my mind he should be every bit as cool as Iron Man and his new morphing armor...

@DrewVonAwesome Well it's upto @Natty and @The Kid Lantern they're the main ones planning GotG.

All I gotta do is hope they find me :P


I was still under the impression our Guardians of the Galaxy wasn't gonna be made up of existing members but a new band of misfits? Bringing in Starlord kinda defeats the purpose. If @Drewvonawesome wants to stake a claim to the GotG group/title we could call ourselves Nextwave... despite me hating the name...

MSPaint and with a lot of patience [sometimes pixel at a time]. It's the art form of 'micro heroes' and I've done it for over 15 years now. Started messing with them around the same time I got into forum based RP's. Mainly got into it to redesign costumes and play with color schemes...

Defenders could work but I always saw them as the guys too cool to be in the Avengers at the time they were created [Dr. Strange, Nighthawk, Hulk, etc..]

To be honest I was gonna play around with Doom xD

As I doubt Hulk would work. I will take the Nova off your hands though ;)

On that note, no new Hulk or Spidey volumes this month so I'm getting Nova: Origins (For Sam Alexander) and Ant-Man: Second Chance Man.

You also have a point about the Defenders... sure we can find a name. Though I do like Guardians of the Galaxy as a name :/

Anywayyyyy...

I am sitting impartial in this discussion (Don't think it's devolved to an arguement but I could be wrong, being Scottish sometimes people see things as arguements when to me they aren't xD) anyway as Nova isn't currently a Guardian and I'm not taking part in the creation of their backstory.

Is Nova fine though Ded once the 24hrs are up?
