Well just basic kind of "Yes and No" conversation, and reactions that any human being would do (and you according to your IC). Nothing fancy, not taking them for a while post. Maybe making them leave the barfight behind (for obvious reasons)

Go on ahead. Just inform me if you're going to have me bargain with you, because I was going to try and raise my pay once I realized you were hiring. Nikola initially came in to sell you salt and sulphur you see and he would need good pay to just pack up and up foot from his nice life.

I love how you gave Ash dialogue, that was priceless. I'm sure he'd be more than happy to work with the crew! Or at least as part of the crew. Not like he has friends or anything xD Maybe the waitress, as she's the only one he'd have know. But still, we need quality bonding time!
