Kaede loses her memory because of a trickster at some stage and becomes mildly evil and has sex with a random demon, someone then manages to return her to herself through some impressive emotional connection magic and when she realises what has happened she remembers her own childhood and her mother not wanting her and decides to raise it anyway :3
