I would like anything fantasy since the Overlord will feel at home if that happens. Though if it is vanilla than the Overlord will still be regarded as a black knight or king! The world though would just less cool stuff without things like trolls, dragons, and all that other D&d things.

Nah man it was good. Not every post has to be too long or too short. Oh and by the way Forneus was too focused on DIO's attack and his plans to realize that that club is going to hit him square in the face. Oh boy he's in for it! lol

What!? That attack is going to connect!? Dang, I was thinking that he was going to only be clipped by the attack, but to take it quite literally head on, that is going to hurt.

Course it will! Though Forneus is intelligent he is also very focused, he was too focused on DIO and not focused enough on the Overlord so the attack will connect. What I was thinking he would do is that he would see the club coming right at him, realize his foolishness and then take the full blow which would knock him back significantly. He would be caught by one of his bubbles and drop, amazed by the sheer power of the strike. Then he would try to heal his wound while thinking of the next option. Which would give the three amigos plenty of time to strike him again, however be warned! He will be up to something by the time they do.

Hehehe, I'm so used to people like barely dodging attacks and only taking part of the damange that I'm legitimately surprised when someone takes the full attack. I actually feel bad for Forneus though, since this thing will be slamming into his face. I'll make sure to return the favor if there is an opportunity where the Overlord will get thrashed around by one of Forneus's attacks.

Damn, that is a nice club. I learned early in RPs that it's sometimes better to take the full hit sometimes, otherwise you just look like a "godmodder". I personally think it has to be the fear of losing is to why people chose to barely dodge.

I do dodges when my character really can't take the hit.

For example, Kino... really can't take hits. Not only is she canonically very good at not getting hit, but she's a tiny completely mundane teenaged girl. And I mean really tiny, she's shorter than every other non-child character in Kino's Journey. Unless I wanted to kill her, which I absolutely don't, she can't go taking hits. If she did she'd basically have to sit out the rest of the current challenge.

Kyouko can take more hits though.

Forneus is quite capable of taking hits, he's an Abyssal Lord who's fought more heroes than even the Dragon Lord has. What separates him from the rest of the Abyssal Lords though is cunning. If he takes one hit it's less likely that he would again from the same way, Forneus loves to read his opponents from what they do or how they act.
