Er, DIO timed his strike to hit at the exact time the Overlord's did. A two-in-one, one from each side. Keep in mind that both DIO and the Overlord, though on separate sides of Forneus, were both less than three feet away from him. Super close quarters.

Yeah, pretty much what Rain's said. I try to prolong the time in between GM posts so people that are still in the rp but have trouble posting can catch up, thought that's not really worked out as well as I had hoped for. I'll get a post up either tormorrow or the day after. ^^.

Thank you for being a good sport, LM. I felt as if things were about to move along and our fight would be gumming them up, so I opted to end the combat in a way that would not actually do much to your character.

Thank you for being a good sport, LM. I felt as if things were about to move along and our fight would be gumming them up, so I opted to end the combat in a way that would not actually do much to your character.


Oh anytime really, In reality for that post I kind of felt the fight needed to end as well. I think I noticed the same thing that you noticed in that the fight was sort of the center of attention in the RP, and in order to draw away from it (so that it could move on) the fight needed to end. It was a good catch on your part and rather well played by Roanpur.
