As far as stories regarding equality go, I liked Kurt Vonnegut's story about the superman guy better because it was hilarious and a little more colorful in narrative and straightforward in mood. But, this one has the advantage of directly addressing a certain group of people that I find annoying, with a more specific point to get across, and it has a title that I can actually remember right now. So, it gets 7 points!
