The idea is there are two predominate heroic teams. One out of Japan which is country sponsored and operates efficiently, and one out of the US which is more independent and loose in operations. The two sides find that dangerous criminals and supervillains in their collective regions are working together and thus have to join forces to save the day.
Basic idea for now, as the main baddies are to be decided based on who people want in this. People can modify characters however they want for personal preference or to allow the character to fit into the modern day setting.
