Whoops, should've replied to this sooner. I meant zombie as in 'brought back from the dead by magic' zombie, hence the reason he's intelligent and won't rot away like a viral/chemical one. If he bit you it wouldn't cause you to become one, but given the fact that he's dead, it can still cause a really nasty infection or death if untreated.
