Ninko is a very hardworking boy and sometimes has trouble slowing down and enjoying the little things in life. Tryhard For him life is all about achieving one's goals through great dedication and self improvement. He is extremely loyal to his family and the confederation, both he would willing lay down his life for. Ninko is a traditionalist and views respecting one's tradition is more important than the desire for pure freedom. He believes that nothing is truly free and that society can only work through the rule of law and morality. I like that.
Some would call him an authoritarian, which has truth to it, but Ninko just believes in the hierarchy system of the shinobi and that lower ranks should always respect their superiors and follow their authority. He also can have a bad temper if someone angers him and pissing him off is not a wise idea. Ninko is firmly against being a showoff when it comes to his sword skills and thinks it is always necessary for a shinobi to be unpredictable with his arts. Sounds good.
【History】
Ninko was born in Kirigakure to the Hazuchi family and his parents were Kirin and Ishira Hazuchi. He also had two siblings, a brother and sister. From the moment he could remember, his father taught him the ways of the sword, telling him the stories of his legendary ancestors and the secrets of the blade. When he was four years, his father began training him in the arts of swordsmanship and Ninko began his long journey to become the next legendary swordsmen of his family.
Life wasn't all that easy for Ninko, despite coming from a famous family, he was bullied for his small size. Cyberbully Episode 3 The Revenge of the Napoleons He especially received a good deal of venom from the popular girl of the shinobi academy. Because of this Ninko had to prove to everyone that his size had nothing to do with his capability. After graduating the academy, his father gave him his own sword as a gift for moving on to the next stage of his ninja training. Ninko named the blade Longtooth and began to train himself in mastering his sword.
As a genin his shinobi journey was difficult especially with the dangerous missions that Hamajō Confederation gave them and it was a battle for survival. His master was not a fan of being overly kind and wanted good results from his students. Thankfully Ninko made it through the genin stage of his ninja journey and eventually made it to the rank of Chūnin. Now older and more experienced in the arts of sword combat, Ninko is still on his way to becoming a legendary swordsman and making his family proud. k

Ninko desires to become a legendary swordsmen and help maintain the legend of the Hazuchi family. He wants to be remembered for the rest of time for his great deeds and it is because of this that his greatest fear is to be insignificant in the history books. He also fears failure and of bringing shame to himself and his family. Fair enough.
Combat reports.
He is incredibly efficient and will not waste time before taking an enemy down. He has little to no problems following orders and has an intimidating presence on the battlefield. His speed is what's most frightening especially the swiftness of his sword, once that blade gets moving it just becomes a blur and he slices through enemies so easily.【Fighting style】
Ninko's method of combat is swordsmanship and will only utilize other tools as back up plans when his sword skills alone won't cut it. Speed and agility are his main bases for his attack and his sword fighting style is a martial art created by his family, which pushes the swordsman to their full potential through sword practice and body training. Ninko has been taught to view his sword like a part of his body and to use it to its full potential. Ninko is also proficient in channeling his wind and lightning chakra nature through his weapon

Ninko channels lightning through his blade and then thrusts out with the weapon. The lightning then extends out at an incredibly fast pace like the blade is elongating and it pierces through its target. This technique is for a single target and is not very useful against multiple opponents. I suppose wind attacks and strong defenses can tank this right? Seems good otherwise.

This technique uses up a large chunk of the users chakra. How long does it last? Is there a cooldown or does the chakra consumption make it not very viable to reuse? Does the aura do anything or is just there to represent his augmented state?

This technique focuses entirely on defense and offers no counterattack options. Erm, so essentially he's in a state of heightened awareness but it doesn't allow for counterattack? I'd say you should maybe fix a cooldown after using it, because you could otherwise just spam this. I'd also say after while he should be strained from focusing too much (if an opponent forces him in such a stalemate, get me?)

Longtooth is a style of sword unique to his family and is forged very differently from the usual blades used by shinobi. His sword is just as deadly in cutting as a katana, but also is better for thrusting attacks. The weapon weight exactly two pounds and the metal is incredibly tough.Good.
