I never said she appeared, I have a plan regarding that. And don't ask questions about her decision making at the moment, she still isn't in a super clear state of mind. Kiiros really didn't do much, she overreacted (slightly) and wants to atone for it.


I get that she doesn't have a clear head but it seems like she would avoid Kiiros. Especially if she overrated.

It is partly because she could tell Kiiros saw her and knew they would be (to her knowledge) unspottable by others, alowing for them to talk without interruption for the moment. Talking to Wes and Jen may have been better, but she would seldom get the chance for a private conversation with Kiiros outside of this instance.

That makes no sense. She was pissed off at him. She can't just storm off and then say you know what I want to be the asshole's friend.

She was upset for a variety of reasons, Kiiros served only to fuel the flames (haha). She ran off because she realized how poorly she was dealing with the situation, her main issue was herself. Trying to make amends in hindsight of the situation does by no means equate to wanting to be friends be friends with Kiiros.

Actually it does. She basically just told Kiiros you can say and do anything and I'll always come back looking for for more because she went to him. Her reaction was normal considering the situation.

There is also that she felt bad for possibly making Kiiros think it was his fault. Other interpretations can be drawn but they are only interpretations, not what I/Veronica are actually thinking or doing.

Only partially. Kiiros wasn't the reason she started to get upset or why she ran off. Ry contributed more to her freaking out than Kiiros did by a long shot, and she is going to apologize to Ry later. She would have apologized to Ry first but he was in a fight, so Kiiros was next. The order of how she apologized is based on how poorly she thought the person would see her in result of her actions. Ry thought she did something wrong, Kiiros didn't understand the situation or his impact, and Jen was the most likely to get why she did what she did.

Extremely traumatic events being brought up can do that. The only danger to the group at the moment, in her mind, is how she lost control of emotions during the conversation. She is hard on herself when it comes to being protective of her friends/the group, and getting so upset in front of the group is a big no-no for her.

She is either strong or she isn't, you can't have it both ways. I understand being hard on oneself but you just made her look like a major whimp who couldn't handle when things turn towards her.

The world isn't so black and white for 'strong or not' to be truthful in any way. She removed herself from the situation because she found herself as a threat to the group, the group she is trying to protect. Veronica isn't a 2-Dimensional character who always acts one way. I gave the character a past, thoughts, morals, specifically because Humans in life have those things. Can you name one person IRL who has always been weak or always been strong?

Sure I can. All my characters are based of myself. I consider myself very strong. I would never let anyone see that they were getting to me. That only gives them power. I don't expect black and white. I was only trying to understand why she was doing what she did. She wasn't in acting in a manner I expected her to do. Sometimes characters do that. But you still have to explain WHY.
