Hmmm.... I did not write down the effect as of this moment as I am still thinking of what it will be. You will get it soon though (remind me if I space on it by the next post).

Yes. All stats are restored when you rested (typically reset your stats if you go to sleep or rest for a good period of time. If you receive a critical hit and receive a critical injury effect, that needs to be healed with magic or medical care to be removed.
