Pre-armored, but only if it makes sense. A random villager wouldn't likely have combat armor, but if you were a merc or something logical like a soldier, it would be more suitable.

What do you guys think about using the pre-war clothes for your starting equipment? Then maybe a 9mm with a few rounds as a weapon. Unless you prefer melee that is.

Alright then. It looks like we've settled everything, unless there's something else that you guys need. Looks like all we have to do is wait for one or two more people to join and we'll get this thing started. Or we could just do a two player thing. Once again, up to you guys.

I would've preferred NCR Ranger Combat Armor (or some NCR Ranger clothes) for my ex-Ranger Ghoul, but I can deal with Pre-War schtuff.

Well wait a minute, why must you make anew character? couldn't you jsut say he went to canada to help with the Annex resistance? or to aid the patriots (which i'm guessing are the NCR)

XD I walked into Caesar's main fort thingy and killed him and cleared out the fort. still working on getting rid of the NCR though. I'm vilified for both of those.

I'm not saying we are all going to help the NCR but i'm guessing if we are to the annexation thing our characters would have to choose which (my character, being canadian would fight with the resistance). Now i'm also guessing that the enclave will be involved with this too, which opens up a third option. And canada probably has it's own government as well which opens a fourth option. If we do go with the annex canada fighting back it would open up alot more choices and plot/character development.

And for the game I always go with the NCR
