She said it. She fucking said it 20 years later but they met and said it to him. Technically they met on the day they agreed to meet.... Just 20 years later than they originally had planned so I guess they kept their promise? They just don't know it yet XD

@Ace of flames01 It's probably going to be a real "Duh!" moment for him. As in, he'll realize it once he stops trying so hard to deny that Octavia could possibly mean anything to him.

So for someone that clings to logic like Asher, pointing out that he isn't always rational around her would probably be a good start.
