Hmmm....Sociopath/Psychopath with a love for mass destruction and killing things meets good guy and a neutral girl with magic. Nice. XD Though I'm pretty sure that Isaac is the one stuck with Homura. They should get along fine...I think.

Actually, the Red Marker is specifically supposed to create Necromorphs by reviving and mutating dead tissue. It's the reason why Necromorphs always kill rather than simply turning someone who's already alive. A black marker, on the other hand, manipulates lifeforms into making Red Markers.

Yep. Though the necromorphs can't be controlled by anything but the Markers themselves, so even if Vile did get his hands on a Marker, he couldn't control it. He could just set it loose in the city where it would start turning everyone into necromorphs.
