@rush99999 Since the OOC isn't complete yet you can PM me with questions that you have for character creation! Based on your character, you'll have access to certain information at the start. Also, a recommendation...there are already quite a few magic based characters so I recommend going with a non-mage character. Though I wouldn't force a character someone doesn't want on them.

Talion was indeed a ranger. And it isn't a ghost, it's a wraith. Also yes, we are talking more with the wraith "parasite" thing going on. And if that resurrection thing is too OP, that could easily be removed.

@rush99999I think the character concept can definitely work. It will need some fine-tuning in terms of power level so that we don't have the focus on one character that far excels above the others. We can work to a point where all the characters are pretty bad-ass lol. I'd suggest that the focus on the wraith remain a narrative one. It can certainly give your character a benefit (other characters will receive their own background based bonuses as well) but I do feel that it can be a thin-line when taking inspiration from a video-game character who is meant to save the day by themselves rather than in a party.

We can take this to PMs so that we can work it all out, and we aren't spoiling everything.Though if others have thoughts, feel free to let us know. I think that we can definitely fit your character into the story in a way that's authentic.

Hey all, just checking in to make sure everyone is doing well. I'm excited to start the campaign, and I hope you all are too. I had a question about how we might want to set up the campaign once we actually start. It seems most people are fairly pleased with a system of light dice rolls to predict outcomes. Do we think that we could set up a chat on another site while we RP. This would allow quick and instant responses and maybe we could use a chat site that even shows dice rolls. This way we can be interactive even outside of posting. This site tends to be a bit sluggish with messaging so I thought this may be a good alternative. Please let me know what you think and/or if you have suggestions.

@Famotill I'm down with a dice roll system, I do a weekly pathfinder game so I should some dice around I we can't find an online program everyone agrees on, we could always use Skype for chat
