Keep in mind the NOT class are also not meant for combat. Exceptional students from NOT CAN eventually join EAT. Just something to consider.

Canonically, every meister has soul perception to some degree, but to most it's so limited as to be effectively nonexistent, unless they work on increasing it.

Side note to everyone:
Sorry for still not having an IC post up. At this point I'm just thinking I'll have my char be late to class as a way to show off her personality, since that seems like something she would do pretty often.
