I was s2 in preseason and they screwed up the rank. Tbh if you're gold I think you're silver. I'm b3 now I think. I need a new crew, my old crew ditched me, so I've kinda quit.

@Kimchi When you're level 30, you can play competitively, which in turn places you in ranks. There are five divisions in each league, 5 being the lowest and 1 being the highest.

The leagues are:

Bronze
Silver
Gold
Platinum
Diamond
Master
Challenger

You need 100 LP (League Points) to climb ranks. After you get 100 LP, you go into your promotion games, which is a set of 3 very important games. Win two of them, and you get into the next rank with 0 LP.

For example, I'm Bronze 4 with 79 LP. If I win my next ranked game, I'll be Bronze 4 with 100 LP, and I'll be in my promos. If I win 2 of the 3 promo games, I'll be Bronze 3 with 0 LP.

And I'm Bronze 3 with about 10 LP. I bombed my promotionals, 1/3. And then, I got on a losing streak. (If I remember correctly) You usually lose anywhere between 15-21 LP per loss and gain a bit on the higher side for wins.

@Kimchi Just saying, if you want to play ranked, don't jump into it as soon as you get level 30. If you want to start to practice, you should play draft pick.

Also, when you play ranked, people can get incredibly toxic. So it's better if you mute everyone (including the enemy team) if you don't feel comfortable.

I've only ever played Ranked once. I did moderately well, but the amount of toxicity and try-hardiness put me off of it forever lol. I just play casually with my buds every once and a while now, haha.

I started playing at the beginning of this summer, if I remember correctly.
