Adventure stop?

I've already began writing some stuff but was thinking of a kind of Adventure Stop thing? Kind of like an inn or hotel where you can visit and either entertain yourself with its food and entertainment and stuff or ask for a quest and go on the quest (it's usually located in the Stop)
What do you people think?

I never heard of an adventure tavern? So they are similar to this idea and exist on the RP forums?

Ah! I know! I roleplay in the nameless tavern quite a bit but was thinking of a different approach to this one...see the quests and all, like you could go a quest throughout the stop. However, if it is too close of an idea I might consider shutting my idea down entirely :)

lol i'll see about this...if it's a modern cross-over meeting spot place, i might re-use my characters to come here (for non-canon roleplays that affect their universes unless otherwise stated) if modern stuff and a mix of fantasy is allowed XD

EDIT: if you do this, i'll gladly join regardless but if it's a casual, don't expect too many posts lol...i could do one liners from my phone since im out of the house most of the time

just make one main character or two of sorts to actually run the tavern and somehow through like portals or something, people can just drop by and say hi or whatever for non-canon roleplay in their dimensions (their RP servers) but somewhat canon ones here. for the characters tab, they can link to where all their characters exist in that one forum link where people can post their characters.

make it modern-like too...otherwise if it was purely fantasy like you stated above, then it really is exactly the same as that tavern server...you could make this future-like too if you want and just have wanderers through time (like any character from anyone with the idea i said before) to just pop through portals or something

im sorry if i sound forceful on this idea...i just can't think of any others lol...
or it could be a cafe sort of themed RP...i do have a butler character XD

Ah! New idea! Cafe RP, quests to run in the nearby village portals where in all dimensions and almost every spot on Earth (and other planets) if people want to join. Sound different? Again thank you so much for your advice!
