Presumably it might have something to do with the fake version of Skype you're using, but I'm not sure.

@Shoryu Magami I would guess that @Ailyn Evensen probably qualifies for cinnamon roll, yes. *amused* Also, for what it's worth, I prefer skype to discord...mostly because I don't have the separate discord program, and so it's easier to keep track of. Also I use it for text 90% of the time, not voice, and it also is on my kindle, so I can use it wherever there's wifi. ^.^;; But I can hang in discord...if I remember. <.<;

I haven't used Discord before, but it basically hit my PC with hundreds of viruses last time I tried to download it. At this point my biggest concern is getting access to a program that we can all use for the discussion. @CrazyShadowy and me can't seem to get Skype to cooperate, for what I assume has to do with him not using a Microsoft operating system.

Edit: Gah, fucking meant to 'Laugh' at that comment of yours, not 'Thank'. This is why we need a feature to take those bloody things back.

I figured it was the best way to handle the mistake -- be a smartass.

I'm seriously annoyed about that 'Thank'/'Laugh' thing now. I think I hit the 'Laugh' button.

Not a fake, just someone took the web version of it and turned it into a linux desktop app. I've had voice calls on it with other people, it does work actually.

Right. I think I remember you mentioning that, but I'm pretty out of it today. Assuming you've had chats on it with people who're using regular Skype, it might be a problem with my phone itself. Nevertheless, we need to work out what the fucking deal is.

I'm probably pulling out of that role-play, just so you know. There's a few things bring brought to my attention, plus I really like the idea for this character I've created and would prefer to use them in a role-play that's more attuned to my preferences.

My biggest concern is that it sounds like - from what someone told me - it's a little too heavy on the 'slice of life' factor instead of being more about the superpower high school setting. I don't like entirely 'slice of life' settings -- I need a mix of drama and action.

With that said, yeah, I really like what I could do with this character, though I don't know if they'd fit into 'Guardian Ascension' or be more appropriate for some other role-play I could host. There's also a minor possibility I could turn them into a rework of an old role-play character I scrapped a long time ago.

I never actually sent the GM my character sheet.
