I mean.

If you want Allison to have zero fighting ability for a week, I could. She loses any sort of bone density/calcium, her fighting ability starts getting much, much lower and it'd be awhile for her to get it back.

Which she wouldn't do. Not without some sort of insurance policy that it'd work, or if she was in great danger, which she sees these guys as trivial.

Also breaking off bones would be quite painful since they're still connected to her nervous system.

not goin to lie, i got a cheat sheet against this cuz ryu is pretty good against enemies like these...but remind me that next time ryu goes into a fight, im putting in an anti-Ryu person or something to kick his ass

If that's not teamwork I don't know what is lol
But yeah, I'm thinking of having him go "Don't worry guys, I can protect you!", get beaten up from some robots (possibly other members of the group), beating up some robots, then silently complaining about how he shouldn't do that

Again, she can't exactly just peel them off. She'd actually have to break them - at physical cost to herself. It's best to think of her weapons and armor as just an extension of her skeletal system. They are all still connected to it.

So breaking them would be a bit out of character for her (Also somewhat difficult). She might if she was a nicer person, but she wants to see how well everyone can handle themselves on their own.
