Yep, yep! Heh, I hear you. I hate when I reuse a word multiple times close to each other! Makes it even worse when there really isn’t another synonym for it. Irks me even more when I use the same word in some form in the same or consecutive sentences, and don’t catch it.

Woo! I can see the indentations.

That’s a very valid excuse, there! Yeash. Stupid finals. GO YOU for getting through them!

Right?! It's so very exciting. Heh. When I started all of this, I had intended Ghent to be the strong, silent type...he turned out very different than I anticipated. In some ways, I did this purposely so that he could clash with poor Elayra more. *evil laugh*
Once my Christmas gifts have been made, I plan to rewrite a great portion of his character sheet. Crazy how plans change!

So glad that the indents worked! Thank you again for your help. :D

Haha, thanks! I need a good few months to recover. (AKA, I'm taking next semester off. )

Ah! Sorry. Long post again, and an information download one, to boot. Let me know if you want me to go in and edit so you have more wiggle room with Ghent during that info download. I got a bit carried away (surprise, surprise). Oh, and if you’re okay that I named Frank’s book shop... I don’t recall you giving it a name, so just threw something in there. It’s an easy fix if you wanted something else!

I so enjoy when it happens that way. The surprises in characters and plot is one aspect that makes me love writing and roleplaying! I like that he clashes that much. In both cases, it leaves room for character development in both of them, if I play my girl right. Take your time on rewriting the profile. There’s no hurry!

I bet! Sounds like a great plan to me.

Don't apologize! Once again, another beautifully written post. Ghent's overwhelmed. Drust's condition is rather alarming, and Wonderland doesn't sound like the ideal vacation spot.
Also -- I loved the image you used! Did you draw that?? It's incredible...and so scary!

For a fair warning (if it isn't already obvious), it's been a while since I've orchestrated a battle in a 1x1. If I go too far or you feel like I don't give you enough room to move or anything, let me know and I'll go in and fix that!

Not at all! As a matter of fact, I was very impressed by how well the scenes were written! You wrote out every action and reaction, something I struggle with.
Also, you were more than fair. I do not believe a unruly teenager with zero training has much chance against a well trained knight. Considering everything, Ghent got off easy!

I bet you could! I just loved the crest you drew. I've been itching to try some fan art for this RP...if I can think of something, I will let you know. :D

Oh, thanks. :-) Eh, maybe I’ll give it a go. Just have a huge stack of papers at the ready. Animals aren’t exactly my forte. Heh. Well, if you get around to it and get inspired, I look forward to it!

Awh, thank you! I'm trying. x'D Definitely a challenge to write action scenes!

The shadowmire showed up in the nick of time! :P

Sweet!! Can't wait to see it... I really want to make some chibi charms of Elayra and Ghent! We'll see how that turns out. I'll post some pics when I'm done...hopefully I can get some time to this week! :D

Sorry for vanishing on you! I ended up not feeling that great, then had a couple kids to watch.

So, I was thinking (dangerous, I know!). What if Ghent's race would allow him to have access to the more... "spiritual" side of things as well as a strong connection to magic? Like, creatures that may otherwise be difficult, at best, to attack in that plane of existence, would be free game to him? That could be something fun for him to find out, maybe by accident (and prove to be quite helpful in the long run).
