The start of Eve's early morning hadn't been the best. Her eyes had dark circles and her awareness had dropped significantly since an hour ago. Working in a small bakery wasn't as much of a carefree job as she had imagined. Her recent move to the Carolinas hadn't been what she'd wanted either, but it was all she could afford now. After her mothers passing her brothers had made sure she received the butt end of the deal. They had convinced her mother that she was some sort of harlet and had wasted her time abroad. Thankfully her mother had enough sense to let her get her education first before kicking her out. Eve's mother did however, let her stay in her guest suite while she found a job. Sadly her mother had just begun to realize her daughter was none of what they said, but obviously it was too late because before this she had revised her will and had only given her a small home in the working class country side.

Eve didn't mind it so much but she got frequent visits from her way to proud brothers. They'd bring her gifts from her old home, the old pearl necklace her mother wore and her late fathers watch. Eve glanced at the watch now, her eyes heavy. It was almost time to go home now. Just a few more minutes.

Her heart was heavy with grief, her mothers Parisian villa they had lived in was sold for a cheap price because her brothers were bastard and had no real love for their ill mother. Letting out a sigh she turned the ovens off and took the fresh bread out, placing the loaves on wax paper and wrapped them neatly as if they were a boutique of flowers. Placing them in a brown paper bag she went out front and gave the last customer, Mrs. Stern her bread. Thanking Eve for staying open a bit later for their bread. "It was my pleasure Mrs. Stern" The elderly women waved goodbye to her. She smiled back, walking over to the door and locking it.

Pulling the sign to closed she pulled the windows blinds closed. Making her way to the back she began clean up.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After another hour Eve had finished the clean-up and was dead tired. With a yawn she pulled her coat on. Letting her tight bun down her dark hair tumbled past her shoulder and stopped at her elbow. "Ah, that's much better." Sliding her hand through the nappy curls a bit before she grabbed her purse. Looking at her hands she frowned, they had small bruises beginning to form on her cocoa colored skin. "Glad I don't want to ever hand model." She smiled a bit, looking outside she found the sky had darkened rather quickly. "Oh no!" She opened the window and sniffed the air, "Rain...damnit!" Grabbing her purse she went through the bakeries back door, locking it behind her and started her walk home. "If I walk faster maybe I'll beat the rain..."
Sadly her luck wore thin as Eve crossed the last street towards her home, the rain started slowly but got heavier. Squealing and pulling her coat to cover some of her hair she looked around, spotting her shortcut she ran for it. "Oh man! I just did my hair too." She grumbled, hastening her steps through the wooded area.
Shifting through the clouds, making his skin the same tone as the clouds above, a deep ominous gray that was steadily turning into a darker hue, he kept his vision on her path. He had observed her walk from the bakery to her own home many evenings now, and sometimes even in the early hours before the sun had risen, he would follow her in the early morning mists, staying a gray so as to be undetectable to the human eye. However, it had always been on the street, and even before his obsession with human kind had made her his significant choice of his next target, he had never seen her take another way. He laughed to himself, and the thunder rumbled in unison, and as he realized his opportunity had finally come to him, his dark laughter grew, and the thunder vibrated the ground that the female was running on.
As soon as she got into the woods far enough, he knew he could come down from the sky without risk of a witness in the area. His keen senses did a sweep around as he dove down from the sky, making sure there were no runners out during the storm in the woods. His deep dark wings went lean, pressing into his shoulder blades and elongated spine as he went spiraling down in a careful dive. He landed on his taloned feet, fully aware he was in his more primal demon form. He landed so with such, that a tree snapped and fell, but luckily lightning had touched base near by, so later after the storm the human inhabitants of this area would believe that it was indeed damage from the storm. He stood there, waiting, for her to come into view, not hiding his deep crimson black skin, letting himself be fully visible. In his primal state, he stood to be about 8'5'', and his wings slowly spread out to be their full span, each wing being approximately 4' wide from his spine. The rain pelted down from above, slickening his skin, which already gleamed almost black, with just a touch of a deep crimson hue here and there. His jaw line was stong, and his nosed was neither large nor small, but fit his facial structre just so. His eyes were a deep emerald green, and he stared ahead, his arms folded over his prominent upper abs, his hands clasped together.
The fallen tree was before him, and he knew soon she would be just on the other side. His emerald eyes stared foreward, waiting for that initial reaction. He had never revealed himself to a female human, always a male, and their reactions gauged from cowardly to overly confident, and it never seemed to end well for them. His anticipation rose, and his already erect shoulders threw themselves back even more, so that his wings became tightly spread as much as possible. His silken silver pants hung just so from his waist, his lines on either side of his lower stomach seeming to dip into a V shape past his pant line. He wore no shoes on his taloned feet. His hair was tied back into a low ponytail, a jet black color, sleek and straight, and even pony tailed it hung to the middle of his long spine. He could smell her, and the smell left the want for her sweat, which would be lost within the rain.
Eve started to run now, her hair was a lost cause that she had given up on. Her curls were now slick with rain, her eyes squinted into the pounding rain. Her body was already beginning to tire. The rain and wind began soon after, she squealed once when a bolt of lightening only a few feet away pounded the ground, it shook and frightened her.
She instantly began regreting not taking the offer for a car now, her brothers saw her as a charity case and had nothing but greed for her suffering. Once when she had needed to borrow money, her brothers had laughed at her, they gave it too her but at a cost. They had made her watch their awful pets, one had been a small chiwaha. It had torn apart her barely new sofa. They of course paid her enough to buy a sofa but it had cut into her money for the bills that month. Shaking off her sudden surge of anger she stopped, a shape. No a figure, with wings?! Eve felt her heart drop, "what the-" A flash of lightening suddenly illuminated the spot she had seen the figure a moment ago. The being was well over the average height of any human and towered over some of the saplings surrounding the area. Eve gasped, backing away slowly. The flash of lightening happened again, this time Eve saw its face, it was a male, the well defined features and its well muscled abdomen, his legs incased in a silk like fabric, hanging low on the creatures hips showing of surprisingly human like legs, but the feet were not, long talons protruding from its feet. Then, there in the flash of more lightening its eyes, they were the most amazing shade of green like emeralds. Then Eve put a hand to her mouth stifling a scream. It was staring and- at her! Eve backed away slowly, her movements becoming more static like. Her eyes never left the creatures. If she she ran, she knew he'd chase her and then he'd be ready, she looked around her, there weren't many choices but she knew that if she could just reach the hill, there was a small drop but she would land on a softer patch. She remembered the first time she had fallen there, it hurt for a bit but at this point she didn't have much of a chance to outrun this thing. She backed away, digging her feet into the dampened grass.
Taking in a deep breathe and without breaking eye contact, she turned abruptly twisting her body with her leg and made a run for the deeper part of the woods. Eve felt her feet slipping in the mud but she didn't care. Her legs pumped harder than they had ever done in her life. Her hair stuck to her face as she ran. 'Please, god please help me!' Her mind screamed as tears streamed down her face mixing with the rain.
His eyes set upon her, way before she has even seen his outline in the distance. When she finally drew as near as she dared, his lips formed a wicked smirk at the obvious fright her body actions portrayed...the way her mouths formed words by not a whole sentence, the way her mouth has formed a gasp before she even thought to speak, and her hand going to cover her mouth so as not to let a terrified cry betray her. He took a step over the fallen tree, and then another, bringing himself to be on the same side of it as she began to stiffly back up, each step backwards become more and more obviously tense. His smirk grew wider, as her thoughts of running and trying to figure out where to go echoed into his own mind, and he let out a roar of amused, dark laughter, so loud it could be heard above the thunder that once more rang out in the skies above. He threw his wings back, and them brought them to be wide open, just once, in one great, giant sweep, and though his mouth did not move, a deep, heavy voice thick with some unknown accent resounded in her mind, but ever so calmly. "Where are you going to run to, you know that the terrain is deliciously wet right now, dangerous and slick, and surely you do not think you could even outrun me? The length of my legs alone should tell you that would be unwise, and my wings would take me to you before you had the chance to think of how I got into your mind, if I so chose to use them. Little deer, so frantic, where are you going, what ever shall you do?". The calm tone that rang about in her mind was obviously amused, but in a sickening sort of fashion.
He stood there, not running or even walking after her, and kept his arms crossed and his hands clasped. Though he did not relax his wings, he did let them go back in forth casually, about every half of a minute to a minute they would heave backwards and glide back to their original outspread position. He never let his eyes leave her, and he took in the sight of her, already a mess from the rain, only to be even more so out of sorts by her obvious state of shock and fear. Her level of panic was so clear to him, he could almost taste it in the air, and his slender forked tongue of his primal state ran over his lips not once, but twice. Oh how these humans do frighten so easily, and even easier it seems that the female is to strike fear into. This is it, this is the day, I have waited so long and patiently, he thought to himself, watching her matted wet curls bounce as she had started to run in the other way. He knew very well they were far from the city streets, and he could snatch her up i half of her heartbeat if he so desired. He could have just gathered her up in one swift movement, never stopping to even touch the ground, but something about watching terror unfold and rise in a human set his heart to a race that he always enjoyed.
Another lightning cracked above, and he did not even flinch, but once again let out a roar of a laugh, enjoying her panic and this horrible storm, it seemed. He knew very well that this setting had already unnerved her, and he had the full advantage in every aspect. He was observing her reactions as much as he was enjoying them, once again reminding himself that she was the first female human he had ever let himself be known to. Yes, he had seen others, but her singularity had caught his eye, knowing that her living alone would work well for him, and the factor that she was so driven and independent had really caught his attention. He had such a natural love to break apart the regularity of the lives of humans, as well as many other things.
Eve felt her heart beating faster, he mind racing. A voice had spoken in her mind. His lips hadn’t even moved. The ground was indeed as the voice said, damp and slick and wasn’t very ideal, but what would she do? Just stand there and wait for this thing to mutilate her? Eve slowed, looking back before dashing in between a few trees. The hill wasn’t far from here, she knew if she kept up this speed she might just make it down the hill. No matter what that creature put into her mind she had to try.
‘Please, please let me live!’ Eve found herself praying again. Her eyes were stinging now; the rain had begun to turn into icy drops onto her face and exposed skin of her neck and hands. Stopping short, she looked down at the drop, her heart sank, the water had already begun to rain drain down the hills side, and it was full of water now, it was only at most three feet, she could try standing but it would prove difficult with its muddy floor. Her only chance of survival, the hill had become more dangerous now than ever; what could she do now!? She felt her tears streaming down her cheeks harder this time. Warming her chilled cheeks, looking at her feet, she flung it into the steam of water below. The water swallowed it instantly, slowly letting it resurface as it traveled down the side of the hill. It was now or never! Slowly making her way towards the edge she felt her body wobble. She was so tired now, all her strength would be gone once she reached the bottom, maybe she would float or maybe this was it, either way she knew she only had one shot to make it and this was it.
Closing her eyes she remembered her mother and her father. Her brothers before they became the monsters they are today, a smile played at her lips, taking a deep breath she jumped, tucking her legs into her chest rolling down the hills slippery side. The impact hurt as she slid, her legs came undone when she first hit the water, her breath letting go, and the shock of the water made her gasp, and the water filled her mouth leaking into her lungs With all the strength she could muster she tried grabbing onto the ground with her feet. She slid at first, her body falling into the water again, soaking her all over again in the cold water. Her tears streamed harder, it hurt. Finally she gained a place of balance using her purse as a weight she waded in the water, using the current to push her forward, she knew if she fell now she’d never make it to the bottom.
As her panicked thoughts of what she should do repeatedly echoed in his mind, he shook his head, and just watched her, still keeping his arms crossed. He enjoyed a good chase from time to time, but this rain was cold, and he had no shirt on, and his irritation began to creep into the edges of his snarky amusement. He began to start walking towards her, as she took off once more, her wet curls hanging long and loose, he noted the temperature was causing the water to freeze in bits of her hair. She is making this very hard on herself, as these humans tend to do, he thought to himself, and his irritation melted away as he found himself laughing again, just not as loudly this time. His laugh was deep throated, but he did not laugh at a volume loud enough to be heard throughout the woods like earlier. He continued to intently listed as her thoughts turned to prayers, and then to previous memories of what he assumed were her relatives. He shook his head, remembering that he had previously broke his younger brother’s neck for his upstart attitude, and paused his leisurely pace behind her as he noticed where she was headed.
Earlier she had thought on this hill, he remembered her quick, panic struck face and her instant thoughts of the hill, but he had not thought she would really go in that direction. Much less had he thought she would throw herself down, once she had seen the water pooling down at the bottom. Silly little deer, you have lost your survival common sense. You saw that water, and still decided to plummet down into it, he said, well thought to her, and once more he was in her mind, speaking inside her head. He waited, letting her fall and tumble down into the water, and let her regain as much balance as she could when began to wade in the water at the end of the hill. Then, in one swift movement, he was off the ground and up above the pool of water she was in at the bottom of the pool.
He was not so much flying around, but more so hovering, his great wings going back in forth at a steady momentum, so as his weight of his torso and body was supported. He let his arms fall to his sides, and he turned his palms towards her, outstretching them as if to show his apathy. [i]Enough now, this chase is enjoyable, but this weather is not, and besides, you humans are so susceptible to sickness. It is time[/s], the voice said to her in her mind. He did not specify what it was time for, knowing it would make her panic even more, her level of fright rising to an atrociously enticing level. His emerald eyes watched her intently, once again his anticipation growing as he knew the moment he has waited and planned for was finally within his reach.
Eve stared at the creature, she hadn't heard his descent but she saw him now. He was there at the bottom waiting for her, his arms to his sides and his gaze on her. His hands beckoning her to him. Eve felt all her strength leave her. He wasn't going to leave her be, he was really going to catch up to her and this was it. The voice echoed into her mind, abandoned her common sense? Yes, yes she did and she had no intention of just willingly giving up either however, did she really have a choice? Letting out a yowl of despair she collapsed to her knees. "What the hell do you want from me!?" She yelled into the rain and hail that pelted her. The water had risen to her waist now, Eve felt the water rushing into her clothes now, drenching her all over again. The water had started to slow; as the hail had become more prevalent. Her hair had frozen pieces now, her eyes red and puffy from her tears.
Looking into the creatures eyes she felt all the fight drain from her. He really was intent on this mission, this somewhat bothered her. How had he found her? Was he already lurking in the woods? Had he followed her from work? Why now? None of that would matter once he got his hands on her. Eve looked at the water, its dark rushing waters surrounded her. "Oh I get it, you expect me to willingly come to you? You think this is some sort of game?' She yelled into her mind, Her eyes narrowed, standing up she shook off her jacket, it was weighing her down. The white t-shirt she had worn that was at least a size to big for her now clung to her form, her chest was very pronounced under the wet fabric of her shirt along with her waist that curved into full hips. Eve watched the jacket float down along with her purse. Her eyes seemed to close slightly, she began to walk again, this time her eyes showed nothing, her mind blank. She waded through the water until she was close enough to his reach. "If you're going to do it, then do it fast, I don't see the point in a slow death." She closed her eyes and waited, her arms tensed.
Is that any way to talk to your superior? Little human, you have this all wrong, with one exemption. The only game here is how far your fear rises, and that, I do enjoy. I do not, want you dead, at least, not yet. His voice came into her mind, stern and rumbling, and then ending in what sounded like the smirk that crawled upon his face. He dropped one massive hand down to his side on the left, and raise his other hand up high, stretching his palm wide, fingers out as if harnessing the very atmosphere. He threw his raised hand sideways, in a straight horizontal line, and a huge rush of deep, dark water walled over her, pressing her down under the cold current. He dropped that hand, and then waited for a moment, letting the current toss her around in it's vast momentum. You will watch your haughty words, I am millenniums your senior, I am sure you know some respect! He then threw his right arm and hand up once more, and the water that separated her from the griity sand at the bottom suddenly grew in force, but instead of flowing naturally as it had, it surged upward, sweeping her up with it. It rose and rose, until it was a fountain of sorts, the water pressing her up to the surface and up into the air, supporting her with the sheer force of it's upward sweeping current. He watched her rising to him, his hand still upward, and let his eyes take in the sight of her form as she rose towards him, her wet clothes clinging to her full, curved figure. He let his eyes rest on her neck and shoulder line, and as she rose ever more, his eyes rested on her pronounced breasts, and he clasped his hand into a tight fist, leaving his arm raised high, and the water pushing her forward stopped abruptly. It did not sink back down, but continued to surge, just not higher, keeping her at the height she was at, the water before had knocked her flat, her head titled back into the cold waters that held her steady. He let his eyes take in the sight if her pronounced, round breasts, and a deep rumble came from within him, gurgling up his throat and through his lips, which had parted at the sight of her upper form. He then let his eyes linger to her full hips, and he let our an even throatier rumble, and his lips moved back to show what seemed to be full, even human teeth, but had a back row of pointed front teeth, and then two larger almost canine fangs in front of what were similiar to the human teeth, on both the top and the bottom. His tongue stretched out, past his teeth, coming ever toward her, and just as it seemed to be only inched away from the fabric of her naval, he snapped in back into his mouth, and closed his jaws into a tight clench as he shook his head. He released his fist, and let the current once more take her ever higher, dismissing any carnal urges that had briefly taken over his intent.
Eve's eyes snapped open at his words. She narrowed her eyes at him, "Yo-" Before she could finish her words, she frowned at his smirk, his hand rising and his palm outstretched. "What the he-" Suddenly the water followed his hand movements, Eve barely got out a scream before the water walled around her cutting off her air supply. Her eyes closed instinctively her body tried to fight the waters pressure and current. Her mind grew dim, the water seeping into her mouth and into her lungs as she flung around inside of the waters current. Her mind and lungs screamed for oxygen, tears mixed with the water, she was dying and Eve couldn't do anything about it. Her mind grew dim as her lungs continued to fill until suddenly a force underneath her pushed her towards the surface forcing the water out and air into her lungs. Her chest heaved as she sputtered her body limp and weak from her bout with the waters current. Why would he do this to her? More tears came, her lungs and chest hurt. Gasping she felt herself rising still until suddenly it stopped, her breathing started to even out, the water pushed her chest forwards and her head leaned back into the waters current. She heard the gurgling sound of his throat, her eyes squeezed tighter, she was scared and wanted to raise her arms to cover her chest, was he staring at her? When the sounds stopped, the water continued to rise. Eve let out a pained groan, "Ple-ase, no." She felt the words leave her lips before she could stop them, her voice cracked. Her lungs gorging on the air she in took, making it hard to speak. "No-un- PLEASE- AHHHHHHHH!" Eve let out a shrill scream, it took all the energy she could muster, and her eyes snapped open looking wildly at the sides. Eve had fresh tears in her eyes now, her body grew heavy, her limbs numb due to the water and freezing hail pouring on them. Eve was so tired, everything began to fade in and out; exhausted she kept her eyes open, blinking away tears as her chest heaved from her sobs.
At the sound of her scream, his smirk turned into wicked full smile, as he let himself enjoy the sound of her fear, considering her scream a prize of sorts, proof that he could knock her headstrong self into a state of terror. He threw his hand into a salute almost, similar to the hand sign many humans used when trying to tell someone to stop, and as he did, the rising of the currents came to a halt, leaving her suspended on a continuous flow about 5 feet above him. He let his wings hoist himself up to once more be above her, letting his emerald eyes take in the sight of her once more. He only skimmed over her curved figure this time, not allowing himself to get distracted by her assets. As he heard her groan, and attempt to speak, he recognized her weakened physical state was finally affecting her thinking, and as she uttered the word please, he let himself fly down to the point where he had been before, a good 5 feet below her, and he then dropped his arm and hand down to his side, and as he did, the waters below her gave out, and she fell down towards the ground in the lying position she had been in.
He did not look up at her as she fell, but only laid eyes on her as she fell down past him, and he only then let himself look at her frame briefly. His emerald eyes locked onto hers as she fell, and he waited, timing her falling speed in his mind. Suddenly his wings expanded, and he plunged down, spiralling after her, never letting his eyes leave hers, locking her into an ocular hold. Just as her body closed in towards the ground, one of his large arms encircled her at the waist, and with ease, he caught her with one arm. He hovered there, holding her, her body and his arm underneath her only about 6 inches from the ground. She lay in the crook of his inside of his arm, and he let his eyes leave hers, and take in the sight of this seemingly small human, at least in comparison to him in the form he was in.Her springy, long, curly hair was frozen in some places, and drenched in others. He noted it's length, and that it hung down and touched the ground beneath them. He took in her exhausted and frightened face, and then let his eyes follow down the side of her neck. He stopped himself there, and then let his eyes go right back to hers, and his voice rang out in her mind again. It is time to go now, this game of cat and mouse is over. You are mine now, you have lost as you know within yourself you would. You are my possesion, belonging, spoils of our own little personal war. It is time to go now.
Eve blinked back tears, her resolve had broken, he must be enjoying this. What else do you expect from a creature? Eve let her eyes flutter closed a moment. She needed to think. Suddenly the water, it dissappeared from beneath her. A hoarse cry of distress came from her lips. Her body to tired to let out another scream. Her eyes snapped wider when the creature came into view. His eyes locked onto hers. Her mouth hung open in a silent scream as she fell. He was enjoying this?! How could he do this to her? Why? What had she done to deserve this?
Her body too numb to move only jerked slightly when he went out of sight. A sob broke from her lips. Making her tears stream harder. This was it she was going to die this way. She saw her life flashing in small clips. Her last one consisted of her brothers fake sadness at the passing of their mother. Eve closed her eyes, letting her mind go blank. Suddenly her body was hung up against something warm, a gasped flew out of her body. Her eyes snapped open. "I- ." The creature was holding her. Her body shivered in his arms. He was warmer than the rain, it caused her waist to sting from the sudden warmth. Eve let out a cry of distress, her eyes were locked on his again. Her stomach was doing flips from her recent fall. Her body was to tired to even throw up now. Her hair hung a bit in her face. His eyes left her face and she let out a shakey breath. Then the voice in her head spoke again, she didn't really understand it. He was going to let her live? Why? She was so tired, her body limp in his arm. Eve let her head lean against his chest. Her forehead stung against his warm skin. She didn't care and just let her eyes close. Eve accepted her fate, whatever it was.
His head contorted to the side, confusion at her sudden passiveness as her head came to rest on his chest, once single side of it being larger than her own head. He shook his head, for it was no matter. Her exhaustion and reluctance showed that she had accepted what he had said, the obvious, that she was now his. Suddenly they were both plummeting upwards into the stormy sky, up into the static and cold, harsh against both of their skin, but it did not seem to bother him at all .He did not jump or flinch when the thunder broke out and clashed all around them in the storm cloud, nor did the bright flashes of lightning that were only inches from them seem to phase him at all. A dark, deep noise came and continued to flow through the the air, slipping into her ears into different bits of audible syllables that were completely foreign to her. As the syllables continued to resound around her, if she would look up she would see his lips moving, that it was his own voice of sorts, speaking in an ancient language that was unknown to her. As he spoke, the clouds around them swirled faster and faster, until what seemed to be walls of a tornado were circling around them. The eye of the storm was directly above them, and the funnel that was forming became smaller and smaller in it's shape as it went down to the ground, in the natural shape of what human's called a wind of natural disaster.
Once again they were going up, higher into the sky, almost to the very top and eye of the tornado itself, and then they flipped, his massive wings throwing them upside down, and down into a spiral, towards where the tip of the tornado had made contact with the ground below. As they got ever closer, the small bottom part of the funnel quickly widened, and the ground dissolved into a transparent dark mist, thick clouds of dark steam billowing up at them, covering whatever lay beneath. He held her tightly to his body, so as not to lose her in the current of the wind, and into the darkness they went. It was so quiet and still when they entered the dark steam compared to the loud, whirling speeds of the inside of the tornado that they were just in. The whole they had come through that was once the ground closed up, and they were once again upright, he had come to a hover within the steam. Whisps of darker and lighter shades of gray and black swirled around them in the still silence, the only sound being the beating of his giant wings, and their breathing. He took a glance down at her, and peeled her from his form, placing his hands so that they grasped her firmly on her hips, and he held her out at arms length, looking her up and down in silence.
Without much of a wait she felt them moving again, going higher into the sky, the thunder loud in her ears, finally looking up, she saw the lightening only inches from them, she gasped at the sight. Then Eve heard it before she saw it,a voice chating in some unknown langauge, the voice she heard was his. His mouth was moving as the two went higher and higher. A funnel she saw was forming around them, his words seemed to be controlling its formation. If she wasn't so tired, she may have screamed at the sight of such a event. The thunder and lightening contiuned around them. Her mind raced, what were they doing in the eye of the storm? Where were they going was the true question.
Then without warning the two turned directions and went plummeting towards the ground, Eves throat let out another frightened gasp, pushing her face into his chest and digging her fingers into his skin of his chest to hold on. Eve felt her stomach tossing, then finally they stopped turning upright again. Eve heaved. Her stomach was defiantly not happy. Opening her eyes groggily she saw the grey smokey mists around them. He had not landed yet. Eve let out a sigh of relief, her hands dropped from his chest, her nails were ruined, she hadn't made even the tiniest mark on his chest. Then she watched as his arm unfold from around her waist, he grabbed her hips and held her outward, Eve made her best attempt at a scowl only to heave again, putting a hand to her mouth she looked alarmed. "If- if you want- uh." She heaved again. "Unless you want me to puke on you...I sugg-" Eve's hand moved instantly and there in that second her stomach heaved once more and all of her lunch and her small breakfast came out in spout of throw up, splashing his hands and her shirt. Once she was done she had tears in her eyes. "Too late...." She whispered, she was sure to be killed now. The two were now covered in puke, well mostly Eve. He deserves this anyway, that's for making all those crazy motions and scaring the hell outta me. Eve let out a sigh of relief. "I feel betterish now."
He turned his head, looking to the east as she vomited all over herself and on his hands and wrists, and a huge sigh rocked his huge frame up and down. He brought her too him, despite the mess, and held her under his arm like some sort of farm animal or baggage, holding her as if she were a barrel under one arm, and the began to hover in decent towards whatever lie below them. As they continued in decent, the mists of black and grey steam that swirled around them became more transparent, and if she were watching, she would see the vast outline of what seemed to be a a city below them, but it was as if they had gone back to some sort of 15th century of France, all the houses being built in the fashion of that era. Gargoyles dawned ever roof and many gates, and in the very norther part of the city, in front of a great, dark mountain, was an enormous castle. A great dark line of water came from somewhere on the mountain behind the huge mass of a castle, and cut around it, encircling it, and meeting from on either side of the castle in the front, and cut down the city straight through the middle. all the way to the dark horizon that she couldn't possibly make out from where they were at. She could only barely see the grate stone wall of a gate that encircled the enormous castle, and the large round battle and guard towers that popped up every so many yards on the huge wall of a fence. The stones themselves that made up the wall of the gate were larger than her head, and were a deep grey, and on top of the wall between the towering, round guardian battle towers on the gates was a spiked black iron-wrought fence, some of the pikes having heads on them. Some of the heads were so old, that they were rotting, and some had been there so long that they were only skulls. Some looked like human men, while as others were unknown beings to her. Behind the great wall of gate, she could only make out the more towering parts ot the castle and it's roofing, as well as some of the more elevated towers. While the city and gate were more so fashioned after 15th century France, the castle itself was more so fashioned after 18th century German castles, and it was twice as long as it was wide. The stones of the castle were a faded white from what she could see, while the roofing appeared to be black. It was much to far for her to make out any more detail than that.
They finally came down to the ground, he had brought them down to a vacant area, that would seem like a countryside for this place. The grass itself was a dark silver, but was soft to the touch as if it were of the fresh green acres of springtime on Earth. The water of the river was but a few feet away, and it was calm, but extremely dark, literally a pitch black. It gushed on in a semi-calm current, not to strong but not still by any means, He took one look at her under his arm, and glanced over at the river, and without any hesitation, tossed her in to a part that he knew would come up to right above her breasts at most when she would stand in it. He casually walked over, and got down into a squat, his wings folding in behind him, and sliding into his spine, the flesh merging over where the great wings had folded into his body, the dark skin now more of a black color, with only slight flecks of crimson hear and there on it, smooth as if there had been no incision or ripping where the wings once were. He thrust his great hands into the water, which was lukewarm, until his wrists were also covered, and began to rinse them off. When he was done, he sat back in the dark silver grass, one leg drawn up so that he could rest his left arm on his kneecap, while the other arm was behind him, supporting him. He turned towards where he had thrown her, silent as he made note of her mental comment, and let his emerald eyes watch her for the time being.
Eve rolled her eyes and gasped when he placed her under one arm. She growled low in her throat. I can't believe he just did that!? Son of a bitch! I am NOT A BAG! Eve crossed her arms with a scowl on her face. He really intended to carry her this way! Once they began moving again; she started to see where they were headed. "Whoa...." She said in amazement. Her eyes couldn't believe what she was seeing, it was remnant of France, 15th or 16 century maybe? Her eyes couldn't believe what she was seeing. A mountain of great size was hidden behind an even bigger castle. She was sure that must be the king's place of residence here. Perhaps she was being brought to him as a sacrifice?! Eve felt the urge to throw up again. On the round tower, housing the guards pikes were there, with human skulls and what looked like rotting heads of others on them. The other skulls and skin looked like other unknown creatures. She groaned, "I don't think this is going to end well..." The grass below them was a silver color, it astounded her, it was like someone had spilled liquid silver onto the grass.
Pushing back the bile in her throat she looked at the river flowing through the city itself. It seemed important. It surrounded the castle and flowed through the city. She hadn't seen anyone other than they, yet. Eve didn't really like the silence he was giving her. Perhaps he was upset? She rolled her eyes again, Well, it IS his fault she threw up.... Weighing her options she sighed, she wouldn't make it two feet without him coming after her. Once they landed she was most certain to die sooner or later, either by his hand or some wandering creature of his size, or worse bigger. He landed and she felt much better, the height was beginning to cause her to feel light headed. Before she could even speak, he held her still and then she was sailing, sailing into the air into the river. With a small shrill scream that could match a banshee she fell face first into the water. In shock she gasped, the water filling her mouth trickled down to her lungs, sputtering she found the surface of the dark water. Spitting out the water she wiped he face and pushed her hair back from her face. A deep frown on her pretty face. "You. Are. An. Asshole!" Eve said shivering in the water, it came up to her breasts, thankfully because she was sure he could see her bra and hardened peaks through her shirt. She groaned in frustration again, "Shit, this water is filthy!" Eve looked at the now sitting creatures form with fire in her eyes. "There was no need to throw me! It's not like you didn't contribute to the incident earlier! I eve tri-" Putting a hand to her mouth, she realized just how stupid that had been, talking to a creature this size like that. Especially ones who controlled water like that. It frightened her and surely he could have drowned her, but he chose not to. There was a reason. She noted his skin was darker than before, and his wings were gone. Just what the hell did he want with her? Lifting herself out of the river she put her arms across her chest, standing a few feet away from him. Looking around her. "Where are we?"
He simply watched her come up to a standing in the water, and rant on about him with her opinions. He shook his head, laughing, and once again, the voice came into her mind.That water is cleaner than any iceberg in the most artic regions of your world, this I promise you. He stood, and casually made his way down to the water's edge. He pointed to the ground beside him, keeping his eyes locked on her, and waited for her to come to stand beside him. He knew the water would help get some of the vomit off of her for the time being. He turned his head, looking to the right, seeing a few figures in the distance approaching. He tapped his foot, not really wanting to deal with the public of the city for the time being. Come on, human. I have no time to waste. There was a ripping sound, and his flesh erupted on his back, so that his large wings unfolded out once more. He turned back to look at her, momentarily wishing that the water was not covering right past her breasts, and also wishing that she had not lost the contents of her stomach, but maybe that was just how human women reacted when in deep panic? He was not sure.
He sighed, his wings expanding to about half of their full width, and left his hand and finger still pointing to the spot beside him. Please do not make me snatch you up again, human. I am not an asshole, and you should not speak to your elders in such a fashion. I really am in a hurry, unless you want to become a spectacle for the public, being the first human woman here. At thus point, if the oncoming citizens are men, they may want me to make a public spectacle of your kind, and have you in front of them, or let them have you. I really had not intended to publicly disgrace you, or share you for that matter. If it women, they may want me to string you up by your ankles, letting them molest you and then rip you to pieces out of their jealousy, and hoping to show how far their envy to be around me would take them, action wise. I also do not want you dead, I think. So please, hurry up.
((....
The figures in the distance emerged from somewhere down the countryside where the city lined on the edge, and were walking ever closer. It was hard to tell what they were, much less there gender at this time. There were three of them it looked like, and they were casually making their way down the countryside at the water's edge.
Eve felt her head spinning. Cleaner than the icebergs on earth he says? [Pft, she didn't believe that bull for a second but what choice did she have, she had already been dunked into it. If she contracted some weird disease maybe she'd die before he got through with her. There he goes again with using his voice instead of speaking "What do you mean, public wha-" She, looked around to see who he was claiming to see. She really didn't want to find out who he was talking about. keeping her arms up to her chest she made haste and stood beside him. Looking up at him, she shrunk back hearing the tear of skin and the reappearance of his wings. "So that's what happened. Do they just retract and then slide in and then rip out again? Does it hurt?" She looked behind him, trying to get a glimpse of his wings. Once she was next to him she thought she spotted the crowd he was talking about. Poking him in the side she looked worried, "I think we can go now...like right now!" She said in an urgent whisper.
With no hesitation, his arm slipped around her waste again, and in the blink of an eye, they were up in the sky once more, going back up into the swirling mists once more. Once he had taken them into a height that put them out of visibility of anyone below, for the town was no longer visible to her, much less the river or the figures that had been headed towards them moments ago. He leaned them down, horizontally, and they were flying onward, or so she would assume. He knew where he was going, it seemed. Of course it hurts, but over the years you either learn to tolerate or enjoy the feeling. The voice came in a casual reply, as if this were something of common knowledge. He kept his gaze forward, occasionally dipping to the side and back. Eventually, he started to go into a soft nose dive downwards, and the mists became more transparent as they headed lower, and she would notice the enormous castle. Once they came all the way out of the mists, a giant lot of acres of the silver grass came into view, and he settled into a soft land on his feet, bringing them back upright. Behind them was the rear end of part of the castle, and the soft murmur of a fountain was the only sound other than the beating of his wings. The fountain had a giant winged demon, with its wings spread out, almost similar to him, with only slight differences, holding some winged female by her throat. Her breasts were swollen, and the dark water were erupting from them. Her stomach was protruding as if pregnant, and her legs splayed open wide below her, as she was held above where she would have stand. Below here were various small demons, some male and some female, all of them infants with umbilical cords attatched to them and her still.
He sat her down on her feet, and let his eyes take in her curved form once more, as her wet clothing clung to her body, hiding nothing when it came to her features. You will stay here now, with me, as I see fit.
Eve let out a squeak when his arms encircled her again. she leaned into his chest, pushing her face close as she could, she was avoiding looking down so as not to stir her stomach again, keeping her eyes tightly shut she waited. When he turned them towards what she would assume was the their next destination, she opened up one eye to see that the mists were disappearing again, revealing the castle she had seen earlier. Her mouth hung open, both eyes were wide open now. She frowned, "It's not like I knew that or anything." She said with an eye roll. "Wait, enjoy having you skin rip, I don't think I could ever enjoy that...then again, your skin is tougher than mine." She said poking at his chest a bit, before she looked out again, they were coming to a landing. She looked behind them to see what appeared to be the back of the castle. The grounds of the castle were enormous, and had the same liquid silver look to it as the other grass. I mean what had she expected, normal colored grass? Looking around her eyes came to rest on the fountain. Her eyes grew wide, a winged women, being held by the throat of another obviously male demon, who looked oddly familiar. She looked from him to it and gasped, taking a few steps away from him she looked closer at the fountain.
The female looked as if she were pregnant, her breasts were swollen, the water was coming from them! Horrified she looked to her stomach, her own stomach clenched tightly. She was pregnant, looking further she followed the long cord like things connected to her to see the demon babes , they all were different looking, some male and female. All still attached to the mother. Putting a hand to her mouth she felt her panic rising. "You...is th-" She was cut off by his voice ringing in her head again. "Stay...here as you see fit?" She looked at the fountain again and felt sick. "You don't mean..." She looked at him with tear filled eyes. She remembered what he had said earlier about sharing her, and the others wanting to take turns with her. She finally understood now, he didn't intend to kill her. No, not at all, something far more sinister. She shook her head and backed away from him. "I can't, I won't!"
