Hey quick question about the world in general and NPCS
So is this basically our world except there are vampires and Werebeasts living in semi-secret? Or is their existence public knowledge?
If it's not public am I allowed to NPC civilians and perhaps Police? I'm sure someone would report a strange half-naked man (Gharn) running around a public park

To be honest humans in general would report something like that XD.
But yes, I don't think there's a problem with you using NPC's for that.

Did you want the existence of werebeasts and vampires to be known? Or that they tried to live hidden? I'm fine with either one.

That really depends on the individual vampire or werebeasts and how they feel about showing themselves to humans.

And I have no problem with people controlling NPCs at all, even I do it once in awhile.

As for time of day, it should still be daylight unless I say otherwise.

I was just thinking on how the general populace might know. If there was a Werebear terrorizing the streets at night and someone were to come across it, would it be like "AHHH! A GIANT HAIRY MONSTER!" or would it be "AAAAH! A WEREBEAR!?"

Do the people of the world KNOW that Werebeasts and Vampires are a thing? Or is it kept secret from the general populace

In general, humans would think werebeasts and vampires are pure fantasy and believe what they see in stories or movies.

So if the humans did know or at least saw them, they would probably think of them as people in costumes.
