Well, currently some characters(not all) are near or inside the tavern where Mine and Rolling Boy's chars are introducing themselves last I read. And the rest are a little further away doing their own thing.

That would depend. If you leave it ambiguous you can call in the "full moon" Trump card whenever you wish. Once you make it a full moon you have to wait almost thirty days for the next.

I will, but movies actually won't be till later. Telling time is not my strong suit.
